Dr. Renata Moon spent nearly thirty years in pediatrics. She is double board certified in general pediatrics and hospital pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics, and she was working in a clinic, in a hospital, and as a professor of medicine at several medical schools when COVID hit. In the fall of 2022 she was invited to testify at a United States Senate hearing held by Senator Ron Johnson. She paid her own airfare and her own hotel. She went as a private citizen.
At that hearing she pulled a package insert out of a box of mRNA product and held it up. It read intentionally blank, on both sides. She questioned how anyone could know what was in the bottle. She said she was seeing a sharp rise in myocarditis in her community, called her testimony anecdotal, and issued a written press release under Senate guidelines stating her words were her own.
Her medical school opened an investigation. In June 2023 it declined to renew her faculty contract. About a week and a half after she was no longer a professor there, the school reported her Senate testimony to her state medical board, asking it to investigate the license she had held for three decades. She says she never heard the results of the investigation.
In this conversation with Jenny Beth Martin she describes the children who sobbed in her exam room asking if they were going to die, the kids who had not left the house in over a year, the two myocarditis cases she saw in three decades and the flood of reports that followed the shots, the first responders called to middle school and high school track fields, and the message her termination sent to every medical student in the country. She was born in America to parents who fled the communist Iron Curtain. She explains why she recognizes the pattern, and why she would do it all again.
