[00:00:14] Welcome to The Jenny Beth Show. Less than 24 hours, that's all that's left until the polls are open. And right now, somewhere in your town, in your precinct, in your county, a Republican has not voted yet and does not know where their polling place is in their precinct. So today, that person is your focus. That person, in a sense, is your job to get them to the polls and cast their vote tomorrow.
[00:00:41] Welcome to The Jenny Beth Show. I'm Robert McNeely, in for Jenny Beth Martin. But tomorrow, Tuesday, November 3rd, it all comes down to the midterm elections. Americans choose one third, 36 United States senators and every single member of the United States House of Representatives, 435 members, in fact, plus six delegates that are from our territories.
[00:01:06] More than 54 million people have already voted. And that's a record for these midterms. And that means this election will be decided by the people who have not yet cast a ballot, because even though it is a record, you still have lots of votes out there.
[00:01:22] Look what has happened over the weekend. In a November surprise, the Michiganders, the Wolverine State, a sitting Democrat Congresswoman, Haley Stevens, stood up in a Detroit church and endorsed the Republican Mike Rogers for the United States Senate. And within hours, her own party threw her out. Her chief of staff quit. Her access to the party's voter file was completely cut off.
[00:01:47] That is today's Democrat party. They do not allow a member who will not follow it to the left and completely behind in scale, in line without having their own opinions. Now, let me remind you here, Haley Stevens voted twice to impeach President Donald Trump, but President Trump in Iowa over the weekend saying he'd be more than happy to welcome Haley Stevens into the Republican Party.
[00:02:14] The final New York Times and Siena College polls say that Democrats lead in all seven Senate races that will decide the majority of the upper chamber. But buried in that very same poll number is one that did not make the headline. We're going to talk about it, but first to the 49th state of Alaska. There are two Dan Sullivans on the Senate ballot, and a federal judge says that it is not confusing at all.
[00:02:43] Now, in Minnesota, an election official walked voters through how to cast a ballot and never once said the word citizen. She did not break a single law, and that's probably the problem because things are so misleading with certain ballots in certain states. Now, one more thing. We today there is no phone number to call. The House and Senate are both home until November 9th in preparation for these midterm elections. So the action is not in Washington.
[00:03:13] It is on your front doorstep. And nobody knows that front door better than my guest today. We're honored to have Scott Pressler, who is the founder of Early Vote Action. And in the 2024 cycle, his team registered more than 50,000 new voters in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
[00:03:34] Today, he is knocking doors in Pennsylvania's 10th congressional district for Congressman Scott Perry in a big race that will help determine the majority. Scott Pressler, welcome to The Jenny Beth Show. Thank you, Bobby. So glad to be here with y'all. Really an absolute pleasure.
[00:03:52] And just on a personal note, Scott, wonderful to join you and your team and our partnership with Jenny Beth as well to knock doors, make phone calls, and make a massive difference as we dive into such vital things happening in this election cycle. I want to start right where you are, knocking on those doors for Scott Perry today. What does Pennsylvania's 10th district look like with less than 24 hours out? And what are people actually telling you when they open the door?
[00:04:23] Thank you. Well, I'm filming right now from Scott Perry's district. This is just outside of Harrisburg. The 10th is comprised of three counties. Harrisburg, which is Dauphin County, York, Pennsylvania, York County, and Cumberland County. Two of those counties are red, i.e., Cumberland and York. And then the one blue county is Dauphin, Harrisburg.
[00:04:50] Now, the Democrats have purposefully gerrymandered this district just to try to defeat incumbent Republican Congressman Scott Perry. And even with that gerrymandering, Scott Perry still continues to win. And he's one of the number one targets of the DNC to try to flip the house to blue. And that's why early vote action is on the ground.
[00:05:16] I've had 12 full-time staffers just in this district alone. And we're not knocking only on low propensity doors, people that don't always vote in midterm elections. But we are driving the turnout by also knocking on high propensity doors. And I think we can learn a lot about from what's happening in Michigan.
[00:05:38] See, the Democrats, they have been pushing people out of their party by attacking people like Haley Stevens, by attacking RFK Jr. RFK Jr. would not be in the Trump cabinet today had the Democrats never targeted, censored, tried to get him off of the ballot and pushed him out of the party. And so what we are doing is we are earning the votes of every member of the Republican Party.
[00:06:07] And what we're hearing, Bobby, is they are excited to defeat his opponent and to reelect Scott Perry tomorrow, Tuesday, November 3rd, Dauphin, Cumberland, York. Right there in your adopted home state, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Tell us about a number of different activities going on with different proposals and different things to vote on, including protectthevote.com.
[00:06:33] I know there's significant issues, I understand, happening in State 48 as we speak with Arizona and really out west in Nevada and California where the integrity of the vote might be at risk. Yes, a lot to unpack. Well, what I love that we have done differently this year is early vote action and Tea Party Patriots have really formed a bond and partnership. And it's been over election integrity.
[00:07:00] It's been over the Save America Act. So Jenny Beth Martin and I have gone everywhere from Maine to Arizona to even Alaska in this cycle. And so as we bring it home tomorrow, I make an encouragement to every voter in the following states to put forth these election integrity, either proposals or amendments.
[00:07:30] And Alaska, I need you to vote yes to ballot measure two to end ranked choice voting. And I can't speak for Jenny Beth, but Bobby, you probably know better than I do. I bet you if we defeat RCV, Jenny Beth would love to come back to Alaska and help for the 2028 election cycle and especially the Senate cycle out there. After Alaska, we have Californians.
[00:07:59] And when you vote for Steve Hilton, I want you to vote yes to Proposition 39, which is basically the Save America Act at the state level. You want your proof of citizenship? You want your photo ID? That's the Save America Act, Proposition 39, vote yes. And Nevada, you want your photo ID going into the 2028 presidential election and every subsequent election? I need you to vote yes to question seven.
[00:08:29] And you will have photo ID enshrined in the state of Nevada. And last, in the great state 48, Arizona, I'm asking you to vote yes to Proposition 144. 144, which is the Save America Act. Are you noticing a theme? At the state level. And all of these states will transform overnight.
[00:08:56] And it shows the consistency that Jenny Beth Martin and I have had, not only pushing for the Save America Act, but pushing for these referendae at the state levels in addition to the federal level. And to have Election Eve all today to drive those home so important as we have been on the ground, Scott, for weeks and months, years, working hard and diligently to see this come to fruition.
[00:09:24] Now, more than 54 million Americans have already voted. It's a record for the midterms with mail-in ballots and early in person. You've been telling Republicans for more than a year that if your plan is to show up on Election Day, you're taking a huge risk. Did they listen this time? And are we thinking that these early votes are coming from the Republican or the Democrat camps? I think it's both.
[00:09:50] You definitely have an energized Democrat base. I'm not going to view this through rose-colored glasses. The Democrats are turning out, but their methodology hasn't changed. They've been pushing early voting since 2016 and even, quite frankly, before 2016. It's been baked in for the Democrats for the last decade of pushing early voting.
[00:10:15] I think the numbers are inflated because you're seeing Republicans finally embrace early voting. And here we are, Bobby, on the eve before the Election Day. And look, I'm not here to gloat. I take no joy in telling you what I'm about to tell you. But in Maricopa County, Arizona, they have several polling locations that, wouldn't you know it, Bobby, are having power outages.
[00:10:44] And those polling locations and red Republican areas are now going to be closed tomorrow. So two fewer polling locations, meaning those people that were supposed to vote there are now having to go to nearby polling locations. And what happens? Well, you're going to have more people going to fewer locations, which means longer lines. And I want to remind the audience at home, what happened in 2022?
[00:11:14] Well, the machines had errors and it caused long lines and people were disenfranchised. So I really encourage visiting your polling locations tomorrow, whatever state that you're in, as early as possible.
[00:11:29] And if you encounter any election-related problems, whether it's electioneering too close to a polling location, whether they run out of paper, whether the polls weren't open on time, whatever your state law is for the opening time, then I encourage you to visit the website protectthevote.com. It's spelled exactly like I just said, protectthevote.com.
[00:11:56] You click on fraud and you can submit a report that will go directly to the Republican National Committee. But if you only tell Jenny Beth, if you only tell Tea Party Patriots, if you only tell early vote action, then you're not submitting to the RNC that has people on the ground right now in order to be litigious and ensure that no one is disenfranchised. Protectthevote.com.
[00:12:24] And then you can tell all of the other organizations and posts online about any problems going on. Well, thank you for that message, Scott. So important. And for a reminder out there, if people are running late, get to the polls. Even if you're there, say it ends at 7 o'clock. If you're there in line at 6.55, you will be able to vote. So do not suppress it. Get out there and make your voice heard. We're speaking with Scott Pressler, the founder of Early Vote Action.
[00:12:53] And we're going to take a quick break and then return right back with you for more on this. Happy Election Eve and the 2026 midterms.
[00:13:31] Welcome back to the Jenny Beth Show. I'm Robert McNeely in for Jenny Beth Martin, who's en route to where Scott Pressler is there in the 10th Congressional District of Pennsylvania that could make or break the majorities there in the House of Representatives. Scott, as you have crisscrossed this amazing country of ours working tirelessly for election integrity, you posted a warning this weekend that in rural red Texas counties could see unprecedented turnout tomorrow
[00:13:58] and run out of those paper ballots as we're seeing those issues in Arizona. Now, if a voter walks in and the precinct is out, what should that voter do about it? Immediately go to protectthevote.com. Like, I'm not even joking. Pull out your phone, protectthevote.com, and film. Take pictures. Take videos. Post it on social media.
[00:14:22] Remember, I can do nothing unless you submit a report and you get evidence. I can't just hear an anecdotal story from you. I can't just take a post from online that goes, Scott, we're having problems over here. No, submit a report at protectthevote.com, and then we can take immediate action. And then also take pictures and take videos.
[00:14:51] Unless we get evidence, it makes it exceptionally hard to disseminate that information as well online and drive enough anger that action is taken to right any wrongdoing. But, yes, this district right here, the 10th, for anyone that follows me in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I ask for your vote for state security for governor, for Lieutenant Governor Jason Ritchie,
[00:15:20] and for all of our Republican congressional candidates, Scott Perry, Rob Resnahan, Ryan McKenzie, Brian Fitzpatrick, and, of course, the rest of the delegation. But those four that I just mentioned are the ones that we have to protect as Republicans in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Common sense warriors that are doing their due diligence. No question about that.
[00:15:43] You know, I think about Scott over the last 11 years and following President Trump as he's done 30 rallies in 32 days. Really an incredible schedule. Now 80 years young as the commander in chief. It's incredible to see his energy on the road. But the party has really expanded. And you think about it's gone more blue collar. So some people don't always have that Tuesday schedule of 9 to 5, pick up the kids. Some are truckers.
[00:16:11] Some are getting involved in hunting season as deer season has now opened. So who are the Republicans who still haven't voted? And how do you reach out to them today, tonight, or before the polls open tomorrow? Well, one very important thing is, so I do want people to know that our numbers of vote by mail are actually up in Pennsylvania.
[00:16:34] More Republicans have voted by mail this year in 2026 than voted in all of the 2022 general election. And we still have 59,000 ballots to return, meaning there are 59,000 ballots that have yet to be delivered back to an elections office. So if you're sitting on a ballot, deliver it to your elections office today, right now. And why is that important? Why is that helpful?
[00:17:03] Well, it's after 143. And I can tell you, my organization has already sent text messages to the remaining unreturned voters that haven't turned in their ballot. So when we send out another text message tomorrow, that number will be fewer if you turn in your ballot today. And guess what? My organization will save money because I don't have to reach out to as many voters.
[00:17:31] And therefore, we don't have to make as many phone calls, knock on as many doors. It saves time and it saves valuable resources going into the last 24 hours. So don't put your ballot in the mail. It must be in, at least in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by 8 p.m. Eastern to your county elections office.
[00:17:55] And if you make a priority of turning your ballot in today, it does a lot of good for the Republican Party and the lack of time that we have left. Well, it's an excellent point because Congress is home right now. They're running for reelection or their first election. The Capitol switchboard is not the place to make those phone calls. But if somebody watching right now has one free hour over the course of the remainder of this election cycle, what is the single most useful thing they can do with it?
[00:18:25] The name of this game we call life is trust and respect. Those are two commodities you can't buy. And what I would encourage anyone to do, if you have an hour right now, nothing means more than the trust you have built with your families and your friends and any other allies.
[00:18:46] So go through your phone book and I want you to literally spend some time either making a personal phone call or text anyone that you know that voted Republican in the 2024 election and encourage them to come out tomorrow. Encourage them to vote this year and impress upon them the importance of if you want Donald Trump to be a successful four year president and not just a two year president,
[00:19:13] then he needs to keep control of Congress, the House and the Senate. And so give me that hour of your time to go through your phone book and contact those people that are personal in your life and using your relationship with them. That trust that you've developed, I think, would be very invaluable. And it's nice if you voted already. You can definitely do that with friends at church or at the gym or those people on the PTA board as well. And those neighbors, it's not too personal.
[00:19:41] Go out and ask them if they're going to get involved and how they'll do that now in the remaining hours. Scott, do you think Pennsylvania gets called on election night or are we going to see some troubles like we have in the past? It will very likely be called on election night just because ballots are due. We changed the state law. The ballots are due by 8 p.m. So the ballots are going to be counted. This isn't a presidential cycle. We have fewer ballots to count.
[00:20:10] We have fewer voters that are going to turn out in a midterm. I think the likelihood of us getting our results even before midnight is probably more likely. Now, I'd like you to fill in the blank real quick as we were talking earlier about how crucial it is to make the early vote happen in future cycles as well. Republicans who only vote on election day are, what say you?
[00:20:39] Are beautiful people. It's all about baseball. I like that. They're beautiful. I want to start off by saying Republicans in general are just wonderful human beings. But you said it yourself. A tracker who's working for us driving potentially on election day. How are you going to drive and get to your destination and also vote if you're in another state?
[00:21:06] If you're a mom of seven beautiful children, and we do have a lot of moms out there producing babies, then something may go wrong. You may have sick children. You may have to get to the doctor. You may not have the ability to go vote as such a busy parent. But if you're a person who's in the future, I'm going to get to the doctor.
[00:21:34] I really encourage you to, in the future, vote early and ensure that there are going to be no problems. And, you know, we have a lot of people who work in New York City, but they live in the Poconos. Sometimes the traffic going from New York City, the bridge over to Pennsylvania, traffic is a nightmare. I don't want any person to be disenfranchised from voting.
[00:22:01] And if you encounter any problems tomorrow, go to protectthevote.com, protectthevote.com, and submit a report immediately, please. Scott, we've had some great just personal conversations over the course of this election cycle. But what do you say to the guy who tells you that his vote doesn't matter? Because we have those pessimists out there that will always say, oh, why would I even waste my time with this? Well, I really like numbers.
[00:22:31] I think numbers put things into perspective for people. So this is going to be one of those good clips that you can clip this part. In 2024, John Duarte lost his seat in the House of Representatives as a Republican by 187 votes. Yes, every vote counts. Every vote matters. In 2024, Michelle Steele, Republican Congresswoman, Orange County, California,
[00:23:01] lost her election by 653 votes. Yes, every vote counts. Every vote matters. Marinette Miller-Meeks, a Republican Congresswoman in Iowa, won her election by six votes. Every vote counts. Every vote matters.
[00:23:21] And I want to remind you, even in the state of Minnesota, Al Franken, a Democrat in 2008, when President Obama was first elected, won his statewide election by 312 votes. Every vote counts. Every vote counts. Every vote matters. Every vote matters.
[00:23:42] And last, to people that may not even have been born yet but are watching the show, in the 2000 election, a presidential election was decided in Florida by 537 votes. Every vote counts. Every vote counts. Every vote matters. Yes, Scott, the proof is in the pudding. No teleprompter. That's just all in my big, beautiful head of hair. It is.
[00:24:12] No teleprompter that's in my brain. Just saying. One of the smartest statisticians who's out there on the campaign trail. No question, Scott Pressler, in addition to his amazing work on the ground. Stick with us. Up next, the polls say one thing. And the people who just made up their minds say something completely different. We are with you live on the Jenny Beth Show.
[00:24:53] Welcome back as we talk more about the polls and the final New York Times and Siena College surveys taken from October 23rd through November 1st. Showing Democrats ahead in all seven Senate races most likely to decide control of the Senate.
[00:25:11] Michigan, Texas, Ohio, Kansas, Maine, Alaska, and made up their minds in the last month favored Republicans by nine points. Just nine points. We welcome back Scott Pressler, which half of that sentence matches with what you're seeing in the field.
[00:25:36] Because we know that President Trump being on the ground has been enormously good for producing those Republican votes and those low propensity voters, Scott. We've seen a lot of times when President Trump is not on the ballot, that many of his supporters won't come out and vote. And he's really striving in a sense that his policies are out there and definitely on the ballot this cycle.
[00:26:00] Well, President Trump may have run under the banner of the Republican Party. But from understanding his base and listening to his base and working with them for the last decade, I would argue many of the people that support him are more loyal to President Trump than the Republican Party. And so the GOP really needs Trump at the top of the ballot. Look at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
[00:26:30] We're in 2024. And yes, he is a good candidate in his own right. And yes, he worked hard. But I would argue that President Trump did help Senator Dave McCormick win his election by 15,000 votes in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2024. And so President Trump is saying, put me on the ballot, put my agenda on the ballot.
[00:26:56] And I think ultimately the Republican Party should be thanking him and they should be running towards him and his agenda, not shying away from it. You know, it's interesting, Scott, because it's a wonderful point. Speaker Mike Johnson and Mark Levin are both telling people to ignore the polls and just vote because that's really crucial. I think there's a lot of voter suppression out there. So I would agree with those two gentlemen.
[00:27:24] Is that the right message, though, as we close in on the last few hours? And is there any risk that it's somewhat of a complacent look as the voters going off of the hook? Because we really want people to be encouraged to take advantage regardless of the challenges out there. Here is what I would say if I were running and what I've been putting on my social media.
[00:27:48] I think first and foremost, the Republican Party has to look the voter in the eye and say, I understand that we're struggling right now and that life is hard. I understand that gas prices are hard. I understand that the supermarket, the prices are higher than we would like them to be right now.
[00:28:09] So first is having an honest conversation and understanding with the American people to express that we understand their hardship and that we're trying to make life better. That's number one.
[00:28:22] Number two, I would say if your goal is to bring down the prices of gas, how does supporting Democrats who are anti-oil, anti-natural gas, anti-drilling, all of the things that would help to produce better oil prices and lower electricity, how does putting Democrats into power make those issues more affordable?
[00:28:50] And furthermore, for anyone that's really concerned about housing as I am and other prices like health care or overcrowding in our schools, how does the continued importation of illegal aliens into our country help solve the problem of the crises of things like overcrowding and health care costs and housing costs?
[00:29:16] When we know for a fact that rising deportations has actually helped to lower the prices of rent, et cetera. So I think showing the American people empathy and an understanding of their situation and letting them know that President Trump needs another two years in order to be successful.
[00:29:38] And that supporting our opposition is really antithetical and detrimental and quite frankly, a harm to every single value that they hold dear. And we are going to accomplish none of what you want by empowering our opposition. And I think that that's really the message that we need to be pushing in the last 24 hours.
[00:30:06] You know, and something to the affordability point, Scott, that I actually heard at the Friday rally of President Trump. It was really fascinating that California's gas prices were actually much higher prior to the Iranian conflict. So an interesting thing to note and look at as you go into the voting booth on Tuesday, tomorrow, November 3rd.
[00:30:33] As we get ready to ask Scott some more questions and our fearless leader prepares to host the show in the 10th Congressional District Live of the great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Cynical Publius, you might follow him on X.
[00:30:50] He has an incredible account or she, we're not exactly sure on the identity of the person, really got us thinking as preparing for research in this show about what's going on globally leading up to tomorrow, November 3rd. So something to be mindful of in these past two weeks alone. We have seen widespread civil unrest in France, in Albania, in Italy.
[00:31:15] Also riots taking place in Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Serbia, and the country of Georgia. I've met people all from those wonderful nations right here in the great peach state of Georgia, where they've come to seek a better American life. But these are great civilizations dealing with globalist leftists who are trying to unhinge and destroy these wonderful societies.
[00:31:41] There was widespread civil unrest and an apparent judicial coup in the great country of Poland. Also the same kind of civil unrest and riots in Czechia, including an attempted takeover of the parliament building. Protests in Greece, student protests in Indonesia, and localized violent protests in India. Apparently a fraudulent election as well in Brazil.
[00:32:11] If you've noticed that Senator Bolsonaro, the son of the former president and his family, now receiving American visas on the ground as of last week in Miami, Florida. Where the presumed presidential election winner was, yes, forced to flee into our great country. You know what Democrats want to do to him? If they get power, they want to send him back and revoke those visas.
[00:32:34] Although they've been so committed to open porous borders and letting the worst of the worst in from all over the world. Really an amazing thing to think about as you go in to vote tomorrow. Now as this color revolution plot happens in the United States, led by the former USAID employees and ex-military members, I want to keep that on the top of your mind as I'm honored to hand the show over to our fearless leader,
[00:33:01] the chair of the Tea Party Patriots Action and Citizens Fund, Jenny Beth Martin, who is live in the 10th Congressional District of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Jenny Beth, how are our travels today? Well, they have been a little bit crazy, but we made it. I just got in here. I'm sitting right next to Scott. Thank you, Robert, for hosting the show and stepping in. And you're going to be doing the show by yourself on Friday's episode. We'll be talking about Delilah's law, so I urge everyone to be prepared to watch for that.
[00:33:31] But right now, we have less than 24 hours until voting begins on the official election day. Of course, we all know voting already began because we have been voting for weeks now with early voting. And we have to do everything we can to get out the vote in these last several hours. In fact, as soon as we finish here, I have promised Scott I'm going back door-to-door with him again in Scott Perry's Congressional District.
[00:33:57] Scott and I have been going door-to-door in Wisconsin and together in Wisconsin and in New Hampshire, Maine, and here. Anywhere you want using Scott's app with early vote action. And we just need everyone to be able to go get this done. And one thing that I want to say, we're going to end very shortly. We're at the end of the time. And Scott has been very gracious with his time during this episode.
[00:34:25] I have been working with Scott throughout this entire year. And I honestly have not met another person like Scott as I have gone around the country in the last 17 years working with the Tea Party movement. He has a large audience and a large following. And every time a grassroots person comes up to speak to him, he listens to them. He looks them in the eye. He remembers their name. And he makes them feel like they should feel. Like they're the most important person in the world to him right there at that moment.
[00:34:55] And I appreciate that so much about Scott. I know that when he commits to doing something, he's going to be there. We're going to get it done. We're going to make it the best we possibly can. And right now, that means getting out the vote for Scott Perry and helping get out the vote throughout the rest of the country. And Scott, I just appreciate you. We're getting to the end of the election cycle. But I want to say how much I've enjoyed working with you this year. And I know it's the beginning of a long journey together.
[00:35:24] We're going to, no doubt, after we achieve victory tomorrow, continue this partnership between Early Vote Action and Tea Party Patriots. And we need more of this. We need GOP groups to unite as a family. But I do want to give breaking news before we end. During this segment that Bobby and I started, we were talking about problems in Maricopa County, how there were power outages and two places closed down.
[00:35:54] Because we made such a big fuss about it, I just checked. Maricopa County is the number two trend in America. And those two polling locations are already back up and running. So, again, ending on the note of protectthevote.com. If you find any problems that are happening, submit a report. And you saw it yourself that things will be rectified and remedied almost immediately.
[00:36:23] So, thank you, Jenny Beth, for having me back on your program. My pleasure. And it's really important that you report those problems to protectthevote.com. There are attorneys staffing that. They are going to do everything they can to help resolve those problems. But they can't resolve them if they don't know about them. And only reporting them on social media without going to that website means there might be a lot of hot air, but the right people may not be seeing the problems. So, make sure if you see anything today or tomorrow that you were reported there.
[00:36:53] Thank you so much, Scott. Thank you, Robert, for hosting today. And thank you all for watching. Make sure you vote and get your friends and family to vote as well.
