Three House committees released their third report on ActBlue this week, the platform that has raised $19 billion for Democrats since 2004. Ten ActBlue employees, board members and attorneys were questioned under oath about foreign donations, and every one of them pled the Fifth. Jenny Beth Martin reads what investigators found in ActBlue's own files: analysts told to give donors the benefit of the doubt, a donor with foreign IP addresses graded a "great accept," a Hong Kong login that raised no eyebrows, and a passport check that only counted characters. Pleading the Fifth is a constitutional right, not a confession. It is also not a defense.
Then the Federal Reserve raised interest rates for the first time since July 2023 on a unanimous 12-0 vote under Kevin Warsh, the chairman President Trump appointed. Washington spent the money and printed the money, and the cure shows up in your mortgage and your car loan.
