Every ten years the federal government counts the people, and those numbers decide how political power is divided across America. Wade Miller of the Center for Renewing America argues that for decades Washington has gotten the count wrong, and that the consequences for representation, the Electoral College, and federal funding have been enormous. Jenny Beth Martin sits down with him for a full hour on what the Constitution actually requires and why it matters to every American.
