The SAVE America Act, the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, has now been stalled in the United States Senate for 115 days. The U.S. House has passed it three times. Eighty-four percent of Americans support it. And yet Senate Majority Leader John Thune still refuses to bring it to the floor.
