[00:00:00] Yesterday, the Justice Department charged 28 people in California with federal election crimes. Every one of them holds a green card. Not one of them is allowed to vote in a federal election. And at least eight of them are accused of voting more than one time. The left keeps telling us that there are too few of these cases to matter. Since 2018, 94 elections in this country have been decided by a single vote. Election Day is in two countries.

[00:00:30] Two weeks from today. And today I'm going to show you how to reach the voters who will decide it with the phone you have right there in your hand. Welcome to The Jenny Beth Show. I'm Jenny Beth Martin. Welcome to The Jenny Beth Show.

[00:00:59] It's just me today and that's on purpose. I'll start with the news and then I'm going to do the rest of the show walking you through how to text voters and also walking you through our Friends Help Friends Vote system. And we'll go through these one step at a time so you can get active and use both of these systems on your phone today. So, California. On Monday, the Justice Department charged 28 green card holders with federal election crimes and arrested 11 of those people.

[00:01:28] Here's how we got there. On October the 13th, federal officials checked California's voter rolls against federal citizenship records. They found about 20,000 people they believe are non-citizens registered to vote and they have already been mailed ballots. California won't review the list. So the Justice Department went to court. Every one of the 28 people who were charged on Monday is on that list of the 20,000 people.

[00:01:57] California says the federal government hasn't shown its work and a list of 20,000 names does not still does have to be checked one name at a time to verify whether they are a citizen or not. That's exactly why we've been saying citizenship should be checked when a person registers to vote. Do it before Election Day, before ballots are ever mailed. That is exactly what the Save America Act would do.

[00:02:25] On 60 Minutes this week, Leslie Stahl called the numbers of people who have been charged with voting illegally and as non-citizens tiny. Since 2018, Ballotpedia has counted 660 races in this country, decided by 10 or fewer votes.

[00:02:49] 394 were decided by 5 or fewer votes and 94 were decided by a single vote. So whether the number of non-citizens voting is small or large, it can change the outcome of a close election. Whether that's a federal or state election, whether it's a local election or city council election, Senate, Congress, state rep, county commission, school board, it doesn't matter.

[00:03:17] Only citizens legally living in the district, only citizens who legally reside in a district should be casting votes for who is going to represent that district so that the people we elect truly represent the legal registered voters. As the Justice Department put it, every illegal vote cancels out a vote of a lawful American citizen.

[00:03:44] So can a tiny number of people make a difference in an election? Absolutely. It's not going to happen if the margins are huge and it's a huge vote difference between two candidates, but it can make a difference in close elections.

[00:04:02] And when we have since just 2018, 660 races that have been decided by 10 or fewer votes, it tells me that making sure our voter rolls are clean is the right thing to do. And it's why we've been pushing so hard for the Save America Act. And it's why we appreciate what the Department of Justice is doing right now, working to get non-citizens off of the rolls.

[00:04:27] This morning, the Social Security Administration announced the biggest cleanup of records in the agency's 91-year history. They added 17 million death dates to records that never had one. With citizenship data from Homeland Security, they filled in missing citizenship information for about 25 million records.

[00:04:52] And they're fixing another 8.5 million where the citizen status was wrong. Agencies and states use those records to confirm who people are. Clean records make it a lot harder to cheat and defraud the system. And remember, every time somebody is cheating or defrauding the system, it's stealing our hard-earned tax dollars.

[00:05:16] And one more thing, it doesn't mean just because the records were wrong that somebody was deliberately trying to cheat or defraud the system. It could just be issues because the systems we know from what we've heard from this Trump administration are very out of date. These computer systems were using COBOL, which is what I learned to program computers in when I was in college in 1990.

[00:05:42] So it could just be a matter of cleaning up the systems and modernizing and making sure all the databases can talk. Regardless, it's very important that we get that done because it helps us spend less money fraudulently or in the wrong manner in a way that it shouldn't be spent. So I am very proud of the Social Security Administration and the Trump administration for making these changes. Now on to Michigan.

[00:06:09] Senator Lisa Stolkin told an audience at the University of Chicago that if Democrats win, she wants signature cases against people who've worked for President Trump. She said, and I am quoting here, I want young people coming out of school to say, should I work in the Trump administration?

[00:06:33] And she wants them to answer, Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems. In her own words, she is saying, I want that deterrent message sent. It just makes me so angry. We at Tea Party Patriots Action know what it is like to be targeted by the government.

[00:06:54] The IRS targeted Tea Party groups by name and asked for our donor list, our membership list, and even what the contents of prayer for some of the Tea Party groups around the country. They wanted the back end access to our website. Some groups shut down rather than paying lawyers to answer all of the questions from the IRS.

[00:07:18] And if you donated to a Tea Party group during that time, you were six times more likely to be individually audited than the average taxpayer. That means they were targeting individual citizens as well as Tea Party groups. No one was ever convicted of anything. And the government still got what it wanted. People too afraid to get involved. It was a complete and total violation of our First Amendment rights.

[00:07:47] If Democrats take the Senate, people who think like Senator Stolkin will be, will hold the gavel and they will allow that kind of targeting to happen. In fact, they will be championing that kind of targeting just as she did. And it is completely wrong. And then there's France. On Saturday, approximately 550,000 people marched across France and it turned into the worst rioting France has seen in years.

[00:08:16] Nearly 2,500, I'm sorry, nearly 2,500 people have been taken into custody and nearly 1,000 police officers were hurt. The city hall in Limoux burned almost to the ground. In Marseille, rioters broke into churches. Mark Levin and Ted Cruz called it the Marxist-Islamist coalition.

[00:08:43] The radical left and radical Islam working together. And look who just confirmed the Marxist-Hart. The French president, Emmanuel Macron, who has no reason to help American conservatives. He talked about how it was students who were upset. But he also blamed insurrectionist elements from radical far left groups joined by numerous criminals.

[00:09:09] And Reuters reports that French intelligence called it an operation organized by the hard left party, La France. Let me see if I can get this right. Insoumets and its allies. Senator Mike Johnson called it a chilling warning for all Americans of what happens if the radical Marxist insurgent left gets their way.

[00:09:34] In 14 days from today, we Americans are going to decide whether people who share that kind of radical agenda run the House and the Senate. And it is up to us to do all we can to make sure that common sense conservatives win elections. Now, let's talk about where the election stands.

[00:09:55] Polling averages show Democrats ahead on the ballot for Congress by about eight and a half to nine points in both the silver bulletin, which is Nate Silver's bulletin, and real clear politics averages. Some Republicans in Washington are already deciding whom to blame if they lose. I have no interest in that. A poll is a snapshot. Elections are decided by who shows up.

[00:10:23] And in many states, people are voting right now today. And that is the part that you and I can still work on. We can make sure we are getting out the vote so more conservatives are showing up to the polls to vote. And I'm going to be showing you how to do that. But before I show you, I want you to see something. Tea Party Patriots Action has just made a new 30-second ad about what is on the ballot this year. Let's watch this clip.

[00:10:51] You remember Marxism, the poverty, the walls to keep people in evil totalitarian control. You remember how we fought that evil. Teared down this wall. And won. But now, more young Americans favor big government socialism. Socialists are winning elections and control of our largest cities. Socialism, it's the wrecker of nations. This November, America chooses again. Common sense or big government socialism? The choice is clear. Vote for common sense.

[00:11:21] We know what socialism does. And this year, 35 self-described socialists have already won Democratic primaries. So please share this ad. Go to teapartypatriots.org forward slash socialism. Again, that's teapartypatriots.org forward slash socialism. I don't know why I'm having trouble saying that right now. Teapartypatriots.org forward slash socialism. Share it on Facebook, on X.

[00:11:50] Share it with your friends and family. You can copy a link to the page and text message your friends and family. Make sure people have seen this. Especially, I'd say, I'd say, if they're about 50 years old and older. They're going to remember that imagery at the beginning of the ad. So make sure you share it. And remember, we're doing a series right now on this podcast with people who have survived communism.

[00:12:16] And those communist survivors have told us that what they are seeing from the language that they see from the Democratic Socialists of America, that what they're hearing right now, which the left is calling socialism, is really what they saw as Marxism and Marxist utopian promises in modernized language.

[00:12:37] So make sure that if you haven't been checking out our show, be sure to check it out tomorrow because we'll have another interview with one of the socialist survivors tomorrow. And then on Friday, we'll be back to our panel discussion with the socialist and communist survivors.

[00:12:57] And that panel discussion that is coming up on Friday is one of my favorite ones of the series because we put up on the screen the DSA website. And I read it out to them and I ask them to react to it and to tell me what they think those promises, which sound flowery and very seductive to younger people because they basically say you don't have to worry about anything.

[00:13:24] Your housing is taken care of your utilities are taken care of. You won't have any health insurance. You don't have to worry about it because the government is going to take care of everything for you. And so I let these people who have been in countries where the government, quote unquote, takes care of everything for you, talk about how they see that and what the reality is from those promises. So make sure that you're checking that out on Friday's show.

[00:13:53] And again, go to TeaPartyPatriots.org forward slash socialism to share the video. All right. We're going to take a quick break. And when we come back, we're going to use our phone and I'm going to show you two different tools that we have to help you get out the vote. One is to text voters and the other is to text your friends and family. So we're going to take a short break. And when we come back, we'll be doing the part that is showing you how to text voters.

[00:14:22] You already know the people who are going to decide this election. Their phone numbers are in your phone right now. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3rd, and big government socialism is on the ballot. So download our app. It shows you who still needs to vote. Ten minutes a week. FriendsHelpFriendsVote.com. That's FriendsHelpFriendsVote.com. Do it tonight. Paid for by Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund. Okay. Welcome back.

[00:14:52] And now we are going to be talking about how you can text voters. So what you need to do is open up a browser on your phone or on your computer. And you are going to go to the website tpp.me forward slash text. Again, tpp.me forward slash text. And it's tpp like Tea Party Patriots, tpp.me forward slash text.

[00:15:19] Once you're on that page, enter your first name, your last name, your email address, your phone number and zip code, and then press submit. And we've got that up on the screen for you right now. So it's pretty simple. It's just a contact form that you fill out. Your name, your address. Well, it's not your address. It's just your zip code. Your name, your email address, your phone number, and your zip code. And then press submit. And again, that's tpp.me forward slash text.

[00:15:49] After you press submit, there's going to be a small verification process that happens on the back end. After being verified, and you won't see that. It's something that our team does. But after you've been verified, you will then get an email that tells you to go to another website. Simply click the link in that email. The page from that email will ask you to create a password for your account. So you'll just need to go in and create a password.

[00:16:18] You may have to reenter your name one more time. And it's on the screen right now. So it'll be as a new user. So you'll enter your name, and you'll put your password and your email address, and then press sign up. Once you've done that, you're going to be inside of our text messaging system. And I'm very excited about this because it's a really easy way for you to use it.

[00:16:44] So now that you are in the text messaging system, all you have to do will, once you are in the text messaging system, you're going to have to click start conversation, which you can see right there on the screen. Now, if you're looking at it from your phone, it might look slightly different than it looks like on the screen right here, we're showing you from a web browser rather than the way it would look on a phone. But it's going to have the same content. It might just look a little bit different.

[00:17:14] But anyway, you will click start conversation. And then after you click start conversation, you have a voter that is loaded. And so we have a voter whose name is up on the screen right now. The text message is pre-filled for you. You don't have to type in any text message. It's all pre-filled. And you just press or tap the button that says send plus new. So just tap that.

[00:17:39] And as soon as you do that, the system automatically sends a text to that first voter. And then another voter's name will appear. And you hit or tap send plus new again. And you just keep tapping send plus new. Each time you do this, a new voter's name comes up on the screen. Currently, we have voters loaded into the system from Wisconsin. Once we finish the names in Wisconsin, we'll move to another state.

[00:18:07] So it's possible, depending on when you start texting, that you see a different state than Wisconsin. This is super simple. It's so easy to do. So make sure they please. You just sign up right now and you start sending text messages to voters. Your phone number is masked. So these voters who you do not know will not see your phone number at all.

[00:18:30] If the voter does reply to the text message, we have the ability on the back end and the Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund team. And Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund is our 527 Super PAC. So these will be going out through our Super PAC Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund. If the voter replies, we have the ability on the back end to answer their questions. That way we can help voters get more information as needed to ensure that they cast their ballots.

[00:19:00] It is such a simple way to get out the vote. You can do it while you're waiting in line in a carpool line. While you're waiting in line at a grocery store, just send a few texts. Or if you're going to a Trump rally and there are a lot of those happening all over the country in the next 14 days, you know those lines are long. And then you get in and you wait a while before the program starts and before the president actually arrives. Send messages while you're in line and waiting for the program to start.

[00:19:29] Don't let that daylight burn without helping get out the vote. Use your browser and just keep pressing send plus now, send plus now. Let's get those, get out the vote to these voters. And the domain again is on the screen. It is tpp.me forward slash text. Again, tpp.me forward slash text. And there's another way you can make a difference.

[00:19:56] Right now, what we just talked about is how you can text voters who you don't know. After we come back from the break, we're going to talk about how you can text voters you do know. Those voters who are your friends and family. We'll be right back after a short break and I'll show you how you can text those friends and family. You already know the people who are going to decide this election. Their numbers are in your phone right now. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3rd. Think about how you use that phone.

[00:20:25] You don't pick up a call from a number you don't know. You delete the campaign emails and texts. But when somebody you know texts you, you read it every time. That's the idea about our app. It checks your contacts against the voter list and shows you which of your friends and neighbors still need to vote. Your contacts are never stored and they are not shared. Ten minutes a week. So here's your assignment. Go to friendshelppriendsvote.com.

[00:20:51] Again, that's friendshelppriendsvote.com. Do it right now. Paid for by T. Freddie Patriot Citizens Fund. Welcome back to the Jenny Beth Show. I'm Jenny Beth Martin. And now we're going to be talking about the Friends Help Friends Vote. By the time we're done today, you're going to know how to use an app called

[00:21:16] Numenar to find people in your phone who need a nudge and how to help each one of them get to the polls. One note before we start. Friends Help Friends Vote is a program of our 527 Federal Super PAC Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund. And the workspace you'll join in the app is the Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund workspace. The other side, the left, has a mainstream news as their advantage.

[00:21:44] But we have something better. You have trust. You've built with your friends, your family, your neighbors. And today we're going to put that trust to the work. What we're doing is called relational organizing. And that's just a fancy name that means reaching voters through relationships you already have. Campaigns used to call this the friends and family program. And it's exactly what it is.

[00:22:11] People are far more likely to read a message, think about it, and act on it when it comes from someone they know. And here's how it works. Trust. A messenger you know beats a stranger every time. So the text messages that we were sending before, they are important to do. But the text messages to your friends and family, those are real conversations in your own words. And it's not reading off a script.

[00:22:40] It's not a pre-scripted text message. Every person who does this grows the network of the voters we are trying to reach. And you are able to follow through with the people who you know. When someone you love asks you to do something, you do it. And it kind of tips the scales when they're asking you and talking to you.

[00:23:03] And the technology really helps us be able to help you match up your friends and family with voters who need a gentle nudge. Think of it this way. Your dad, he reads your text message, but he probably hangs up on a robocall. Let's take a look. I've got a Politico article. Let's take a look at this. And it should really grab your attention.

[00:23:28] This is a Politico article from 2022 about how Democrats won the Georgia 2021 runoffs. John Ossoff, his campaign hired about 2,800 Georgians to reach their friends and family. By the campaign's estimates, that effort raised turnout by nearly 4% among the 160,000 voters they were trying to reach.

[00:23:55] Ossoff won the campaign by 1.22 points in 2021. And Raphael Warnock won by 2.1 points. Those two races handed Democrats control of the Senate. They beat us with this very playbook. And John Ossoff's campaign really took the friends and family program and modernized it back in 2021.

[00:24:23] He's on the ballot again this year in Georgia. And this time, we're using the same method or the same kind of method. And there's research to show that when you ask people to make a plan to vote, it is one of the strongest, it's one of the best ways to help them get out the vote. It's not just a hunch. There are strong findings in the research to prove this.

[00:24:50] In 2008, two researchers ran an experiment with 287,000 voters. A generic please vote reminder had no measurable effect. But when people reached out and made a concrete plan to vote, the turnout went up by about four points. So you can start a plan. You can start reaching out to your friends and family with three simple questions.

[00:25:18] And they're on the screen right now. Okay, they're down at the bottom of the screen. What time will you vote? How will you get there? And what's your backup plan? And also, I think it's important to know which method they plan to vote. Are they voting by mail? Are they voting in person early? Or are they voting in person on Election Day?

[00:25:44] The Ossoff campaign put all this research together for asking people to make a plan to vote, combined it with relational organizing. And people, it really was very effective. People, the voters trusted, asked them how they'd vote by mail, early, or on Election Day. Every plan got written down through the system. And then the follow-up matched the plan.

[00:26:13] So if you reach out, let's say you reach out to your dad and he says he's going to vote by mail. Then you would go back and remind your dad about the ballot deadlines and telling your dad, you should have already filled out the form to receive your ballot. Have you received your ballot? And assuming that he's received the ballot because now voting is underway and we've got two weeks until Election Day, he probably has that ballot in his hand. Then you'd say, have you filled it out? Have you mailed it back in?

[00:26:42] And you keep chatting with him until he gets that ballot mailed back in. If it is somebody who said that they are going to vote early, then you can remind them about the polling hours and where they can go to get information about where to vote early in their area. And then the Ossoff campaign, they did exactly what I'm just describing. And they stayed with each voter until the voters showed the ballot was in.

[00:27:10] And once the ballot was in, the name rolls off of the list. It rolls off the voter rolls because every day when voters are voting, that information is loaded up to the states around the country. And then the states communicate with data companies on both sides of the aisle and then names get removed. So you don't get as many text messages and phone calls and mail once you've actually voted.

[00:27:36] Our system uses the same approach that John Ossoff's campaign used in 2021. And our app puts it in your hand. So here's a way to think of this, because some of it you're maybe going, well, wait, I don't completely understand how this makes a difference. Imagine a wet sponge over a bowl. You completely, it is soaking wet and you hold it up over a bowl and whatever drips into that bowl is turnout.

[00:28:06] So every bit of it that drips out is turnout. The water that just completely falls off really easy, those are the people who vote all the time in every single election, every single special election, every single primary election. They vote all of the time. You really don't need to do very much at all. They are going to show up and vote. And so that those are what we would call our reliable voters. They show up no matter what.

[00:28:33] So they're kind of on that first part of the screen there where it says no squeeze. Then you squeeze that sponge one time. That's where the ground game is. The texting that we talked about just a few minutes ago through tpp.me forward slash text to voters, knocking on doors, going to rallies, the ads that are running on campaigns. That is where the first squeeze comes from.

[00:29:02] And when you squeeze it, it rings out more voters who only vote some of the time. So you squeeze it and more of the water would come out of a sponge and that water would be representative of voters who are going to vote, but they just need a little bit of encouragement. They need the knocking on the door, the text messages, the phone calls, and the ads.

[00:29:25] Then if you give that sponge a really tight squeeze and you just twist it as tight as you can, more water drips out of it. And sometimes it's not a lot, but it's just it would in close elections. If that's representing voters, it might be just enough to swing the election. That's the third column. And that's where relational organizing really comes in.

[00:29:52] It's you urging your friends and family, ringing out the last of those votes and making sure that the one that they are the ones who decide the race. The second squeeze decided who was going to go to the ballot for the runoff elections. But once they ultimately squeezed it really, really tight and did. Well, I'm sorry, that first squeeze kind of just you had the runoff elections.

[00:30:20] And then that second squeeze when Ossoff's campaign was reaching out all those voters that wound up helping decide who was ultimately going to win the election and gave Democrats control of the Senate. And remember, in those two elections, you had a 1.2 percent margin and a 2.1 percent margin.

[00:30:44] Now, I know it's 2021 and there are all sorts of election issues in 2021. But we can overcome those issues by making the margin too big to cheat. And that is what we're trying to do here. We are trying to do everything we can to make sure that we get every vote of people who will align with us and our values out to vote. Now, one thing, if you're watching on YouTube, would you please hit like and subscribe right now?

[00:31:14] It helps this training reach more people who need to see it before November 3rd. Okay, so now that you kind of understand the theory behind what we're going to do, let's set it up. If you have your phone handy, go ahead and do it with me as I talk you through what you need to do. If you're watching this on your phone, you can keep watching and then you can go back and do each step right after the show. Or you can pause it, do the step and then come back to the video or the audio on the podcast.

[00:31:43] And a lot of people who get stuck, get stuck on the setup and they never come back. So I'm going to talk through this slowly today. And then I want you to know that if you have any trouble or need any support from us as you're working through this, you can email us at support at teapartypatriots.org. Again, that is support at teapartypatriots.org. Okay, so we're going to bring up a slide. The first step has two parts.

[00:32:13] First, you've got to download the app and then you have to sign in. So if you're on an iPhone, go to the App Store. And if you're on an Android device, go to Google Play, search for Numenar. And it's on the screen right now in that blue box. It says search for Numenar. It's spelled N-U-M-I-N-A-R, Numenar.

[00:32:41] Download it or install it and then sign in with your email address. And if it's the first time that you're signing in, you'll tap sign up under the continue bar. So download the app, enter your email address and press sign up. All right, and that's going to take you a minute.

[00:33:04] Once you get through that portion, you're going to, I think that it will send you an email to confirm that you are a legitimate user. So you'll press sign up. It's going to send you an email. You need to go into your email, click the confirm or verify button, and then it'll take you back to the app.

[00:33:27] So you have to kind of go through those steps so that, oh, and I think that we're going to show you the setup the account screen in just a second. Okay, so after you join, after you join Numenar, you're going to join the right workspace. And when the app asks, you will join Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund. There's no cap on how many people can join.

[00:33:54] So bring your friends, your family, people you know from civic groups, from church, from your school group, wherever it might be, anyone who wants to help. And if for some reason you don't see that workspace, Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund nationwide, check your email for the invitation from Numenar. And you may have to look in your spam folder. Okay, and so that's kind of an overview of what you're doing.

[00:34:22] We're going to show on the screen now more details about how to do this. So the first screen, I think we're bringing up, my producer's bringing it up. So let me tell you. All right. So what you're going to do first is that download Numenar. Go to the Apple Play or the App Store or the Google Play. I merged those together and download Numenar. And again, it's N-U-M-I-N-A-R. Download it and open it up.

[00:34:52] And then you'll want to take your time. And when you do that, you'll notice on these screenshots that we have on the screen right now, you will use your email address and then you have to go back into your inbox. And it will tell you to check your email. So don't close the app and don't walk away. Just go straight back over to your email. Look for the message.

[00:35:20] Open up that email and confirm your account. And remember, if you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam and your promotions folder. Then go back over to the app and log. You may have to log in again to finish setting up. When you get to the confirmation screens, press continue every time. Don't stop halfway through.

[00:35:43] The app needs you to do each of these confirmations to get you all the way through. So it's going to ask you some things such as allowing access to your location, which you would use for maps. We're in door knocking. We're not doing as much of that. It's also going to ask you at some point for permission to send you notifications.

[00:36:10] And it's going to ask you to have access to your contacts. Accept access for all of that. All right. So you just keep going through the rest of those startup screens. And if you get stuck anywhere as you're doing this, you can email support at teapartypatriots.org. Again, it's support at teapartypatriots.org.

[00:36:35] And you can do that for this one, for the Numinar app that I'm talking about right now, or for the part that I talked about in the beginning called our text messaging, tpp.me forward slash text. Okay. So now you've got Numinar set up. You've logged in. You're going to go in and search for Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund Nationwide to join our workspace. So you join an organization.

[00:37:04] You search for Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund. And you want to join the one called Nationwide. Now, if you are in Georgia or Wisconsin, you can select those states specifically instead of selecting Nationwide. So either Nationwide or Georgia or Wisconsin. And then now, then you're going to get to the part where you have to enable the contact permissions. This is a step where most people stop.

[00:37:33] And it's because of trust. They don't really trust an app and they don't understand why the app needs to see the contacts in your phone. It needs to see it for one reason. It's to check to see whether any of the phone numbers you've saved are in the voter file. Without that permission, we won't be able to match up your name to voters. And the matching is a foundation of everything that we're doing.

[00:37:58] So let me answer some questions and then I'm going to go back to one other thing. A lot of people will ask these kind of questions. Are you keeping my contacts? No, I'm not keeping your contacts. I cannot see your contacts. You may be asking, and I want to just make sure you understand, your list is only used to match your phone numbers against the voter file. We've uploaded a voter file of targeted voters.

[00:38:26] And those are the people we think need to be nudged to get out the vote. But you can't get access to those voters without matching up. You can't see which of those voters are in your contacts without matching them up. Nothing is stored or shared. You may be going, well, who can see my contacts? You can see your contacts. That's it. The match happens automatically.

[00:38:54] No one on my staff is ever going to see your personal contacts. I cannot see it. No one on Numinar is going to see your personal contacts. What happens after the match? Your contacts are used only to show you which of the people you know are on the list of voters that we're trying to reach. That's it. So we've gone through and said, okay, these are the people we think need to still be nudged to get out the vote.

[00:39:24] And you've got a list of voters. And you're trying to find kind of that Venn diagram where they overlap. And that overlap is where the sweet spot is. So you want to make sure that you are matching up your voters. So matching takes about four steps. The app will ask you to allow it to see your contacts. On an iPhone, you can also go into settings.

[00:39:49] If you did not do that originally, you can go into settings, then privacy, then contacts, then Numinar to turn it on. So that's settings, privacy, contacts, and then Numinar to turn it on. Next, you're going to tap help your friends vote. The app automatically checks your contacts against a voter file. Then you have to wait for the results. And sometimes they can take a few minutes.

[00:40:17] So just keep the app open and let it go. But I have tens of thousands of contacts on my phone. Basically, if you've ever contacted me, I save your number. So I have a lot of phone numbers on my phone. And it gets through mine in a few minutes. It doesn't take that long. And I bet you don't have nearly as many. Most people don't have nearly as many contacts as I do.

[00:40:42] Once you've done that, you'll look at your matches and you'll make sure they're people that you actually know. And you might be surprised at what you find. Some of the people who are your friends who talk about politics all the time may not actually be showing up to vote. They're the ones who are trying to reach here. So if they show up in your list and you're like, oh, I'm sure they're going to vote, reach out to them anyway. So you just follow the steps on your phone. And OK.

[00:41:11] And these screenshots right here just show you are going through and showing you how it is matching up the contacts. So you tap help your friends vote. It will ask you for permission to see your contacts. And once you've done that, then you click match contacts and it will show up and you'll have a list of people that show up on your phone. The app comes with the voters already on there.

[00:41:43] I'm looking at this to make sure I know what that screen says. So let's. OK, hang on just a second. Let me explain to you what the target list is. The app comes with the voter file preloaded, as I already told you. You're not going to see the whole voter file, but it's been loaded in the back end area of the app. So you're not just reaching random people like you could just open up your your phone and text every single person in it.

[00:42:12] What we're trying to do is have you text people who are likely to be Republican voters and who, you know. So it should match it up and it should be voters who haven't voted yet. It should be updating frequently. It may take 36 hours or so after they vote to show up. But that's what it's going to be. You'll see two options in the app.

[00:42:39] There's help your friends vote and that matches the contacts like we went through. There's also an option called help your neighbors vote that matches people by where they live. We're talking specifically about the friends because it's personal. If you want to do help your neighbors vote, that's going to give you a walk list and you could go knock on doors in your neighborhood if you want to do that using using the app and go talk to people face to face in your neighborhood.

[00:43:09] There are two things to remember here. First, it's preloaded. There's nothing for you to build, nothing for you to upload. Second, these are lists of conservative leaning voters. Our job is to help get our voters to the polls. It means you're reaching. It means we're helping each one make a plan to vote, giving them the information they need, like the dates, the deadlines and where they need to vote.

[00:43:35] And before you reach out, take a minute to confirm that the names match the people you actually know. Sometimes a phone number matches to a wrong person. So when you click in in the name, you'll be able to see the name and verify that they are the person that you know. So you click in and what you really want to do is to have a conversation with your friend or your family.

[00:44:01] And on the screen right now, we kind of show you how the tracking works for that conversation. The app tells you who to reach. It gives you a message that you can send to the voter. But so like at the top, I can't read the very first name there. I think it's George Washington. Yeah.

[00:44:27] OK, so like you've got George Washington, Martha Washington, and it goes all the way down the list to John Quincy Adams, which is the one that you might want to check to see if the name is shortened. So you're just making sure that they match up. But let's say that you click on George Washington because that's who you're going to reach out to.

[00:44:49] So you click on George Washington and it has send a text and there's going to be some sort of preloaded text message that you send. When you press send text, it's going to open your messaging app on your phone. So if you're on iPhone, it's going to be like your iMessage app on an Android device. It'll be the messaging app on there and you will send the message from your messaging app.

[00:45:16] That means they can see that you are sending it. It doesn't mask your phone number at all, but you're not sending it to random voters. You are sending it specifically to your friends and family and people who you already have relationships with. So if you put your name in it, they're not going to be surprised to see you. So once that message goes into the messaging app, it's a starting place.

[00:45:43] You don't have to use the exact message that we give. You can customize the message as needed. And let's think of it this way. You may be going, well, what should I say? What do I put into that messaging part? It's pretty simple. You're just going to talk the way you normally do. So if it's your dad, it's probably going to sound different than the way you talk to your college roommate. And that's exactly right.

[00:46:11] For example, if I were texting to my dad, it'd be something like, hey, dad, you're voting in this election, right? Because I'm sure he's going to vote. I'm just making sure he's planning to. And he says, of course I am, Jen. And I say, OK, well, that's what I thought. Are you voting by mail early or in person on Election Day? And did you notice the way that I asked that?

[00:46:34] I'm asking what his plan is for voting from the research that we talked about earlier that can make a 4% difference. But it just tucked it right inside a normal conversation. I didn't say, OK, dad, tell me what exactly is your plan to vote? I'm just sort of, you know, casual. So how are you planning on voting? And then it could be something like so for him, then maybe he says I'm voting early.

[00:47:02] Then I would follow up with him and say, OK, here is where you can go to find out where you where your early voting hours are and where where you need to go to vote. And he's in Georgia. So I'd send him a link to the Georgia Secretary of State page where he can go and log in to the Secretary of State's page to find where he votes and the time and location for voting and all of that.

[00:47:29] And then a few days later, I might follow back up with my dad and say, hey, dad, did you vote? Have you voted yet? And let's say that today is Tuesday and Friday morning. He hasn't voted yet. Then I. I will say, oh, OK, well, make sure you vote voting ends in a week from now. So go vote today at what time are you planning to vote? And I just would keep doing that, urging him to vote until I know he's voted.

[00:47:59] And then let's say it's Monday morning and his name dropped off the list because he voted on Friday afternoon. And for whatever reason, I was really busy over the weekend. So I didn't communicate with him over the weekend. Then on Monday, I could just say, hey, dad, thanks so much. I'm glad you voted. Let's hope that that we hold the House and we hold the Senate. Now, you might have that would be how I talk to my dad. But let's say I'm talking to a friend from college and they're really concerned about the the the we're going to come.

[00:48:28] Yeah, we're going to come back to that screen in a second. We're not there yet. Let's say I'm talking to a friend from college and my friends are very concerned about what they're seeing about the rise of socialism. After all, we saw the Berlin Wall fall while we were in college. We know how communism doesn't work. And we're concerned about the rise of Marxism here. And we've kind of been chatting about it some because it's weird.

[00:48:56] We didn't think we'd have to fight it so much right here in America. So I might say something like, hey, we had that conversation about the rise of big government socialism. Are are you planning are you planning to vote? And they would answer and I would say, OK, well, good. Make sure that you are voting against big government socialism for for common sense conservatives.

[00:49:21] And if they were in Georgia, I'd say something like and vote for Mike Collins for the United States Senate. And then after I do that, I just say, so, by the way, when are you going to vote? Are you voting early? Are you voting on Election Day? And then if they say they're voting early, I'd send that link. If they say if they say they're voting on Election Day, I probably would wait until.

[00:49:48] The the weekend before the election and remind them to vote again on Election Day. But one other thing you could say, yeah, that's really good. I'm glad you're going to vote on Election Day. But, you know, if you just go ahead and vote, it's done. And the great thing about that is if you if you're sick, if you get caught in traffic, if the kids have to come home from school for some reason, you have already voted and you know you've got it done. So here's how you can vote early.

[00:50:15] And I'd still try to go ahead and get them to vote early. All right. Now this is your friends and family. Let's say that they tell you that they are voting for an opponent or they just no longer agree with you for whatever reason. So what I recommend, because I want to treat people the way that I want to be treated, is that I would just be like, OK, thanks. It's good to know.

[00:50:39] I might share a little bit of information about the candidate I support if I felt like they would be receptive to it. But I'm not going to get in an argument with my friends and family over elections. I'm not going to cancel my friends and family. I'm just going to make sure that I'm thanking them and and then I mean it. OK, thanks. I'm glad you're participating in the civic process.

[00:51:06] You know, you can share the candidate's information and ask them to take a look if you're comfortable with that. But let it go. Never burn a relationship over one ballot. Being gracious today keeps the conversation, the door open for a conversation in the future. And so I just really encourage you, don't do what so many people on the left have done to conservatives and cancel them. Just be polite, be respectful.

[00:51:33] Remember, this is your friends and family and just keep on going to the next people on the list. Now, there are a lot of different there are a couple of different options like the helping your neighbors vote inside the app. You can do that, but you don't have to. You can and you can switch from the app to your regular text messages back and forth. So you press that send text. It's going to take you to the text messaging. You send the text to your friend. Then you come back into the app.

[00:52:01] And if my producer can go back a few screens to where it had that send text screen, I think it was like four screens back. I just want to show. Show something he's trying to find that. While he's doing it, I want to show you what happens after you send the text. There we go. So you pick George Washington. You press send text. It goes into the app and you send the text message in the app.

[00:52:29] When you come back into the app, you would press survey up on the top right. And you would answer. So you would find out if they're voting. You would tell what their plan is to vote. And I can't read the last one, but I think, yeah, which candidate they're voting for. I don't even know if we have that part. It might just be conservative or not. Because this screenshot's a little bit older.

[00:52:58] It's from our campaign last time. So you'll answer the questions. There's even a space where you can put some notes if you want to. And then you just press save. And you save that information. When you save the information, it saves it in the app. And I think, if I remember properly, you are also able to edit this information.

[00:53:23] And even if you, like, send the text message and you get one thing back and they're like, yeah, I plan to vote. And then it takes them three or four hours to respond to the rest of it. Maybe they're busy and they're in the middle of something. And they just don't have time to answer everything. You can save the survey half completed and come back in and edit the answers later. Now, the reason this is important is it's so that you know how they plan to vote.

[00:53:53] And you have that information so you can follow up with them later. So that's why it's really important to track that particular information. You don't have to worry about writing it down. You just put it in the map, I mean, in the app, and then you can update it later. So keep in mind, Election Day is not just a single day anymore. It's an election season. And many states, most states have already started early voting. And if they haven't, they will be over the weekend.

[00:54:22] We win by engaging voters now and every day for the next 14 days. We have 14 days left before this election. The workflow for the app for friends, help friends vote is to match the contacts, have the conversations with the people who you matched, verify that they have a plan to vote. If they're voting by mail, confirm they have requested, received and sent back their ballot.

[00:54:49] If they are voting early, make sure that you get them everything they need so they can vote early. And then every conversation should just be moving people through this funnel a little bit more. So you're just taking it step by step to get them down that list, to get them to actually cast their ballot. Everything and just put everything in the app because that tracking their progress helps you follow back up with them to ensure they actually vote.

[00:55:20] Now, what if something goes wrong and you don't know what to do or you get zero matches? First, make sure you've got your contact permissions on. That's very important. Sometimes people get zero matches because they did not turn their contact permission on. Sometimes people have very few friends and family who match up. If that happens and you don't have a lot, then you can switch over to the tpp.me forward slash text and just text voters.

[00:55:50] If you can't sign in or you end up in the wrong workspace or you're just having trouble, make sure that you've used the same email you signed up with. You can always try a password reset. Make sure you joined Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund nationwide. And then if things go really wrong and you just can't figure it out, shoot us an email at support at teapartypatriots.org.

[00:56:20] Again, that's just support at teapartypatriots.org. Now, Numenor also has a help center, so you could use their help center. But don't let one glitch with this app keep you on the sidelines. Let us help. We are here to help you. We want to help you. And the thing is, you are the best messenger there is to reach your friends and family. The absolute best one. We can send the text messages.

[00:56:47] The companies and the campaigns that are running lots of ads can run those ads. We can have rallies. We can have mail pieces. We can have all of that. But you are the best person to close the deal and get that final vote cast for the person to help them make their final decision. So we'll help you do that. And we'll do everything we can to help you do that.

[00:57:14] If you will take the time to reach out to your friends and family, we'll do everything we can to support you from the back end. And that way, you're the best messenger and we're the best support team we possibly can be for you. So let's bring it all home. Election Day is in two weeks from today on Tuesday, November 3rd. Early voting has started in many states and will be starting even more this weekend and next Monday. Think about how you use your phone.

[00:57:40] When a number you don't recognize calls you, you let it ring. When a text comes in from someone you know, you read it and you reply almost every single time. That's what Friends Help Friends Vote does. And getting started with this only takes about two minutes. You download the Numenar app, join Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund's workspace, and then tap Help Your Friends Vote. And then just have conversations with your friends.

[00:58:10] Help each of them make and execute a plan to vote early, by mail, or on Election Day, and stay with them until they cast their ballot. Everything you need is at FriendsHelpFriendsVote.com. It's on the screen right now. Again, that's FriendsHelpFriendsVote.com. And if you do this for about 10 minutes a day, it's all that it takes, and it can make a huge difference. So get started right away.

[00:58:39] Get started right now. Download it now. And while you're in your text messages, feel free to send that video that we showed you earlier from Tea Party Patriots Action. The URL is on your screen. It's TeaPartyPatriots.org forward slash socialism. Again, that's TeaPartyPatriots.org forward slash socialism.

[00:59:04] Watch it, share it, text it to every friend who has not made a plan to vote, especially if the friends are about 50 years old and older, because they know what communism looks like. We've already had to fight it overseas in our lifetime. We know what it looks like, and we don't want that kind of big government intrusive control to happen here in America. If you're on YouTube, hit like and subscribe on your way out.

[00:59:33] It really just helps us reach more people, train more people, and get more people using the app today. So make sure you do that. And then one more time, the first thing that I showed you was TPP, like Tea Party Patriots, TPP.me forward slash text.

[01:00:00] TPP.me forward slash text. And that's on the screen. So there are two different ways you can help us get out the vote in these final days. The simple way, while you're sitting in line at a grocery store or you are in a carpool line or you're at a Trump rally or whatever you might be doing while you're browsing in the evening and doing things online, do the TPP.me forward slash text.

[01:00:28] And then the one that takes a little bit more time but is the most effective is FriendsHelpFriendsVote.com. We have the power to win this election. You have the power right there in the palm of your hand. Use that power. Let's do everything we can to save this great country that we love. Thank you so much. God bless you and God bless America.
