20,000 California Ballots & Comey Charged: Seven Days to Election Day | Jim Pfaff

20,000 California mail ballots flagged as likely noncitizen votes, and a federal appeals court says count them anyway. Seven days to Election Day.

The Justice Department asked the Ninth Circuit to stop California from counting about 20,000 mail ballots from people the federal government flagged as likely noncitizens. On Monday the court said no, two to one, and sent the case back to the district court for a hearing today. In Washington state, federal prosecutors say 405 noncitizens on the voter rolls cast more than 1,500 ballots across roughly 30 years of elections that nobody ever checked. Pennsylvania has an actual charge: a Philadelphia noncitizen accused of voting in 2022 and 2024. And former FBI Director James Comey now faces two counts under the Espionage Act, filed ten years to the day after the alleged disclosure. Robert McNeily, in for Jenny Beth Martin, works through all of it with Jim Pfaff, who also gives his House and Senate forecast for November 3.

Guest: Jim Pfaff, President of The Conservative Caucus. Host: Robert McNeily, in for Jenny Beth Martin.
