On Friday the Justice Department charged 16 people in seven states with voting in elections they had no right to vote in. Eight are noncitizens living in Texas. Some voted in 2022, some in 2024, every ballot was counted, and not one was caught on the day it was cast. Prosecutors found most of them years later while investigating something else. Guest host Robert McNeily, in for Jenny Beth Martin, spends the hour with Jim Pfaff, president of The Conservative Caucus and former chief of staff to two members of Congress, on how noncitizen voting gets caught, why it usually does not, and what a federal judge just told Ohio.
