Trump's Top 25 Achievements: Most Republicans Cannot Name 3 of Them | Rod Martin

[00:00:00] Rod Martin says an astonishing number of Republican voters cannot name three things President Trump has accomplished. So Rod wrote a list and he posted 25 of President Trump's top accomplishments in a viral ex post. Laws enacted, cases won at the Supreme Court, agreements signed, results you can measure. He says the list barely scratches the surface.

I'm Jenny Beth Martin.

[00:00:58] Welcome to The Jenny Beth Show. My guest for the entire hour is Rod Martin and we're going to do things a little bit differently today. Rod published a piece called Trump's Top 25 Achievements, the list every conservative should know and use. And today we're going to go through that list line by line. His argument is that Republicans have an information problem.

[00:01:24] The record is there, but voters need to hear it. And Rod puts that squarely on all of us. We need to understand his record, President Trump's record, and then we need to make sure we are telling it to voters. Rod writes that when you say to Republicans that they need to do a better, Rob writes it and tells Republicans we need to do a better job of telling the story and that we've got to point to our own selves as the people who have to be the messenger.

[00:01:51] So that's how the hour is going to be today. We're going to be going through this entire post, getting more details from Rod on each of the 25 items. Take notes, pay attention, and then use this information to help us turn out the vote. So let's get right to it. Rod, thank you so much for joining me today. It's great to be here. So you wrote this post. And first, before we go into the line by line of the 25 different items, tell me why, why did you write the post?

[00:02:20] What propelled you and compelled you rather to write this post? Honestly, I'm tired of all the blackpilling. Everywhere you go, you've got all these conservatives say, Trump hasn't ever done anything. Trump hasn't arrested anybody. Trump hasn't done this. Trump hasn't done that. I couldn't fit it all in a top 25 list. I had to write a 25 more list and I've still got stuff in the ledger that needs to be talked about.

[00:02:48] You could not spend enough hours talking about all the things this president has achieved in just a year and a half. And the remarkable thing about that is, as much as we're all annoyed with Congress for 5,000 different reasons, the truth is they passed a lot of this. If they hadn't, none of this would be happening.

[00:03:09] And they confirmed the guys like Scott Besson, like Marco Rubio, like the rest of that amazing cabinet that have been executing on this day in and day out. In the first term, Trump came to Washington and the good news was he was an outsider. But the bad news was he was an outsider. He didn't know what was going to hit him. He didn't know how deep the swamp really was.

[00:03:35] This time he came to play and he is kicking butt and taking names across the board. Conservatives have to tell their story. Donald Trump can't knock on your neighbor's door and take them to the polls. You can. And if anybody knows anything about grassroots, it is Tea Party Patriots and Jenny Beth Martin. Well, thank you, Rod.

[00:03:59] And when we get through the end of this, I will tell people how they can go to sign up so that they can go text with their friends and family and get them engaged. But in order to do that and to ask them for the vote, you've got to know what you're asking them to vote for. And that's why we're going to go through your list, Rod. So you start and I want to just say something. I'm with you. It is really easy to be down and negative all the time. And online, the thing that the algorithm rewards is the clicks.

[00:04:29] And the thing that the clicks reward are the negative emotions, the hopelessness, the fear, the anger. Those are emotions that charge people and make them want to click like, like, like, share, share, share. And so you wind up seeing all this negative stuff and you forget about the positive. And the very top of your list, one of the things that that people do forget, because there's not a lot of negative going on there right now is a border. President Trump secured the border.

[00:04:57] That is the very first thing that you talk about and that he made border security real again. So elaborate on that one. Well, what's the big deal? That's his job. Really? Because President Joe Biden spent four years telling us that he couldn't stop a single illegal border crossing without new legislation. And if you read that new legislation, you know that it was all a scam.

[00:05:23] That new legislation Biden wanted would have legalized about 10 million illegal aliens every four year period. So it was it was all a scam. Donald Trump has reduced illegal border crossings by 99.9% in a matter of months, months. It's absolutely off the chart. There's nothing like it in history.

[00:05:51] The border has never been as secure in American history at all. And we've also deported three million of those 10 million illegal aliens. And this is a pretty important point, too, because I hear conservatives say, well, it's not enough. It's a drop in the bucket. It's been a year and a half. What are you talking about?

[00:06:14] And it's even better than that, because about six, seven hundred thousand of those were forcibly deported by ICE. But, you know, all the legal roadblocks the Democrats have been throwing up to stop the president from just enforcing the law. And the Supreme Court's been perfectly clear that due process is only the process that is due. And in many cases, there's no process due. So so he's been fighting that fight.

[00:06:43] But in the meantime, he incentivized other illegal aliens to just go ahead and leave. Gave them a free plane ticket home, three thousand dollars cash in their pocket if they'll just go away. And again, I hear conservatives complaining about the cost. Guys, that's ten thousand dollars less per person on average than forcible deportations. This president is always looking at the bottom line. It is amazing.

[00:07:12] There's nothing like it in history. It's probably about forty seven thousand dollars less per year if they stay in the country illegally, considering how many benefits they wind up getting from American services, even when they are non-citizens. Now, this administration and this Congress have cut back on it. But in the last administration, they weren't cutting back at all. So, yeah, it is costing money to deport them.

[00:07:38] But if they leave voluntarily, it's less money than it would be to to have to go track them down and deport them in that manner. And it's much less money than if they were staying here illegally. So in the long run, we're saving money. And you're raising a great point that actually didn't even make the top twenty five list. This president is going hard against that kind of welfare fraud. And I hear people today.

[00:08:04] I have been arguing with people online today that, oh, he hasn't done anything about that. I'll believe it when I see an arrest. Forget arrests. We've convicted over a thousand welfare fraudsters just this year. Over a thousand. And that's before you get to things like, oh, Fauci's top aide just got convicted.

[00:08:28] Oh, Jim Comey is awaiting trial on two separate indictments. I mean, yes, they're going after it. And also, yes, it takes a minute to build a case. It takes a minute to build a case against these big guys, especially. You got to go after the little fish first or you can't build that case. And he's only been in office a year and a half. So, no, the progress is amazing. And conservatives need to clue in. Yeah.

[00:08:57] And, Rod, you just said something really important about how you have to go after the little fish to get to the big fish. Elaborate on why that's important in an investigation. Well, if you're talking about Fauci's top aide, it was kind of blatant. So they were able to bring that case pretty quickly. They got a conviction. Sentencing is still out there. Statutorily, the maximum time he can do in prison is five years for this and a $250,000 fine.

[00:09:25] And some people aren't going to be satisfied with that because they're not satisfied with anything ever. But that's what the law allows. And he'll probably get it. Fauci, of course, hasn't been prosecuted because Biden's auto pin gave him a pardon. We don't really know if Joe Biden had anything to do with that. But for most of these guys, you know, the thing about fraud is people do their best to hide it. It's not obvious.

[00:09:52] They didn't take out an ad in the paper that says, I'm committing billions of dollars in fraud. So you actually have to go after some of these guys who have the evidence and flip them. And once you've done that, you can work up the chain. This is no different than 100 years ago, Elliot Ness going after Capone. And after a while, you get there. That's right. And he went after Capone for tax evasion.

[00:10:21] And it wasn't for a lot of the other crimes. But that's how you do it. And that's how you build a case. And the case has to be able to withstand court scrutiny and has to be able to withstand juries that apparently are hell bent on activism. That's another Trump accomplishment. You know, the fact that Kash Patel and Pam Bondi were able to come up with this grand conspiracy theory, theory of the case,

[00:10:49] that in fact, all of these guys who basically tried to overthrow the government coming out of 2016, starting with that infamous meeting in the Oval Office with Barack Obama in his last days as president, and continued that all the way through 2020. And all of that was a piece with things that were done even before that and even after that. Well, all of that stuff's outside the statute of limitations.

[00:11:18] And also, if you bring those cases in Washington, D.C., every one of those people is going to walk. There's no question. So Kash Patel comes up with this idea. Hey, let's say what it is. This was a grand conspiracy. These guys were working together.

[00:11:35] The minute you do that, you actually have the opportunity first to go back in time before the individual statutes of limitations ran on the individual crimes, so long as there was an ongoing conspiracy, which may very well have been into 2022. And then it also gives you the chance to put venues somewhere other than the District of Columbia.

[00:12:01] Anywhere a material fact of the conspiracy took place is a place you couldn't bring the suits. So we've got a grand jury in the Southern District of Florida just churning away at this. They had already gone through 130 witnesses by the end of March. We don't know how many since, but we know there's been a shocking amount of subpoena activity just in the last month. They are cranking up to go after these guys. And look, just the creativity is an accomplishment.

[00:12:30] You and I both know George Bush or Mitt Romney would never have done anything like this. No, not at all. Neither one of them would have. They just wouldn't have had the guts to do something like this. I would think that the polite thing to do is just to let the Democrats run all over you and violate American citizens' rights and just let it stand. And President Trump is not doing that. Let's look at the second thing on your list.

[00:13:00] And that is that he reversed mass migration. So he secured the border and deported people, but he's also reversing the mass migration. And part of that is a self deportations. But we've got immigration down, right? And I don't think you hit that part already. Or maybe you did. And I missed it as I was reading, preparing for the next questions. No, this is this is possibly the biggest accomplishment we could have possibly asked for.

[00:13:30] And it's his signature promise going back to coming down the escalator in 2015. And he's making it real. And if you look at the border wall, you know, the Democrats did everything they could to prevent it. And Biden was actually auctioning off border wall materials to reverse what had been done. Trump comes in and now we're building double wall.

[00:13:55] We're actually increasing the security of key sectors such that it's going to be very, very difficult for anybody to manage to get through that. And notice the difference. A lot of the critics want to say, well, how is that different from the Berlin Wall? Well, I can tell you how the Berlin Wall was built to keep people in. This wall is to keep all those migrant caravans we were watching every single day on TV out.

[00:14:25] And that stopped. You haven't seen a migrant caravan since Biden left office. That's over. Not least because, oh, another Trump accomplishment. We shut down USAID, which turned out to be about 87% a Democrat slush fund. Very little of that was actually getting to humanitarian aid. The humanitarian aid is continued under the auspices of Marco Rubio's State Department.

[00:14:51] But USAID had a bigger budget than the CIA and the State Department combined. And Trump just went in and closed it. He had authority to do it because of the way it had been established by JFK. And he did. And that was one of their first acts.

[00:15:09] So all of a sudden, you know, insane billions of dollars just stopped flowing to all of these terrible NGOs that are overthrowing governments and organizing migrant caravans and paying their travel and all this stuff. And look what else happened. And look what else happened.

[00:15:27] When USAID was gone, seven Latin American countries got rid of their socialist government and elected a conservative government almost overnight, which tells you exactly what USAID was really doing. In addition to forcibly sterilizing 300,000 native women in Peru and doing gay pride stuff in Iraq. This was just evil.

[00:15:53] Energy Department just announced another rescission of grant money to left wing NGOs. The EPA found billions of dollars in supposedly, you know, supposedly legitimate money that had been shipped off to a Democrat NGO for the purpose of carrying out activism and organizing voters. And it's all corrupt. It's all criminal.

[00:16:21] Not all of these people are going to go to prison. But the fact that we're going after it is transformative. And it's one of the reasons we really have a shot this fall if we don't shoot ourselves in the foot. That's right. But that's why we've got to make sure that we are telling people about these accomplishments, because we have a shot as long as we don't shoot ourselves in the foot. And as long as we are reminding people of what we've actually accomplished. The next thing on your list is talking about how he passed.

[00:16:50] Well, Congress passed and he signed into law the Lake and Riley Act. And as the viewers know, Lake and Riley, she went to my kids high school. She went to my kids elementary school was in the in the scene had the same first grade teacher as my twins did. But she was a year older. So she had them the year before my children did. And that that that murder, it just really hit so close to home.

[00:17:20] I've met so many angel families over the years. And that one was it just was so, so close. It's the yellow ribbons that they had up for her all over the community here and the red and black because she went to UGA. So they were putting up red and black ribbons. It just it was heartbreaking to see that happen. And yet something good has come of that.

[00:17:46] And that is that we got the Lake and Riley bill enacted into law. Well, and you guys did fantastic work on that. So thank you. This was just horrible. I mean, this girl shouldn't be dead. That's that's absurd. And when Democrats shoot back, well, you know, the violent crime rate among illegal aliens is that? Well, they won't call them illegal aliens. Undocumented citizens. The violent crime rate among them is much lower than the population at large.

[00:18:15] Well, first of all, not true. The average American doesn't commit a lot of violent crimes that mostly is confined to about four big Democrat cities where they simply don't enforce the law any more than Biden enforced immigration law. And second, it's absurd on its face. Zero violent crimes should be committed by illegal aliens. Zero because all of them are trespassers. None of them should be here.

[00:18:43] So anyway, the Lake and Riley Act is fantastic. This this forces police to actually arrest people for any crime causing death or serious injury or anything else like that. And that feeds right into our fourth item here. You know, we've covered a bunch of extra ones. But but, you know, the fourth item on the list is that we're we now have the lowest violent crime rate in this country in one hundred and twenty six. Nineteen hundred.

[00:19:13] Rod, since at least nineteen hundred. And when you say one hundred and twenty six years, I think it is important to highlight nineteen hundred. That is a long time. Yes, it really is. And it's the largest one year decline in history. Murders down eighteen point one percent. Robberies down eighteen point five percent. That's transformative for real people. These aren't just statistics. These are people getting mugged.

[00:19:43] These are kids trying to go to school and getting shot. These are terrible, terrible things that your government exists and taxes you for the purpose. Of preventing. And it hasn't. We haven't been. And this is the biggest critique probably that we could ever make of the Democratic Party. Chicago is a cesspool of violent crime. New York, Washington until Trump cleaned it up.

[00:20:11] There are a handful of blue cities that if you take them out of the stats, America's overall ranking among nations for for murder rate drops from number one in the world to about one hundred and thirty six in the world. It is Democrat policies allowing these crimes and it's Republicans both in Congress and in the White House who are getting a handle on it.

[00:20:39] And the truth is these illegal aliens leaving are a big part of that violent crime drop, a willingness to deploy the National Guard to places like D.C., which has been a disaster most of my life. I mean, that was the murder capital of the world when I was a kid. And and now it's not. You can walk anywhere you want in D.C. right now and you're pretty much safe.

[00:21:02] And the truth is that happened because Donald Trump did what Bush did in ninety two in Los Angeles, what Eisenhower did in Little Rock in fifty seven. He sent in the National Guard. They don't have arrest power. They have but they can detain a suspect until a police officer can show up, assess probable cause and determine whether this person should be arrested.

[00:21:26] It was transformative. You know, the greatest philosopher of our time, Batman, told us criminals are a cowardly and superstitious lot. If they know you're looking at them, they don't commit crimes. It's that simple. Well, that's exactly right. And right. The part about Washington, D.C. is so important before to before twenty twenty. I felt pretty safe in Washington, D.C.

[00:21:53] And then after all the lockdowns happened and then when President Biden was president, it it just changed dramatically. The nature abhors a vacuum and the lockdowns created a vacuum and very bad things filled that vacuum during the Biden administration. And what President Trump has done is cleaned it back up and said, no, we're not going to allow just crime to run rampant in our nation's capital.

[00:22:21] And I feel like I can walk again alone in D.C. without having to worry about having my phone stolen or my wallet stolen, being mugged or or what whatever the other crimes were. And and there were violent crimes as well and a lot of carjackings going on. So a lot that it's just not happening that way, not in Washington, D.C. and not around the entire country. And that murder rate dropping 18 percent in a single year.

[00:22:51] It's just it's something that's the thing is, it goes back to what we said at the very beginning. It's good news. And because it's not a negative thing, it's hard to remember that it's good news. And it's something we don't we don't have to take the black pill for. We can be thankful for and we need to keep voting for policies that make those kind of things possible. Right. We're going to be right back. And he has a list of 25 achievements from President Trump. Well, he's got two lists. We're going through the first one today.

[00:25:05] And we're in the the next item on the list in the next section of the list is called Trump launched an American industrial super cycle. And Rod, Rod, one of the things that you highlight is that he made the 2017 tax cuts permanent and better. Talk about that. Well, the term super cycle won't be familiar to everybody.

[00:25:33] I mean, they'll like the word super, of course, but they don't necessarily know what that means. So let me define it. What we're talking about is not a short term boom. What we're talking about isn't the kind of economic booms we talked about having between the end of World War Two and the end of Jimmy Carter, where you also have a recession on average about every two and a half years. That's not what we're talking about here.

[00:25:59] We're talking about the kind of economic dynamism that was unleashed by Ronald Reagan in 81 and 82 and 83. And you still had some tough times during that period because Jimmy Carter had screwed up the world. It was terrible. I remember 26 percent mortgage rates. I was a little bitty kid, but my dad was in real estate. It was it was crushing. You know, I remember the double digit unemployment. I remember all these terrible things.

[00:26:28] And Reagan and Paul Volcker took a moment, but they slayed the inflation beast. It takes more than a press release. And that's why it's taking a minute right now. But the net result, once you get out there, slash taxes, slash regulations, get rid of inflation. All of a sudden you can set off a 40 year boom, which is exactly what Reagan did.

[00:26:56] We had virtually no significant economic downturns for decades as a result of what they did then. Well, Trump's doing the same darn thing. Here he is. He was a young adult and a business leader in the 80s. He seems to have really cribbed from Reagan on a lot of things. We'll get to Golden Dome and other stuff. But the tax cuts are key.

[00:27:20] It is impossible for a business to invest more of its profits if it has to send them all to Washington. It's just crazy. And the guys who say these companies don't pay any taxes, bunk. You need to look at what they're paying. It's crazy. Now, they're not going to pay one penny more than they have to. They're going to take every expense they can. But that's a good thing. We want them to do that. And that's why the president made full business expensing permanent.

[00:27:48] We want companies to invest in things that will result in higher employment at better wages. And the way you do that is you give them a tax incentive to go ahead and spend the money now. Don't wait 10 years. Don't drag it out 15. Spend it now. Get those production lines going. Hire blue-collar and white-collar workers to actually make this thing hump. So that's the next thing.

[00:28:18] Those tax cuts are huge for employment. They're also huge for employees. No taxes on tips. No taxes on overtime. And for our retired folks, no taxes on Social Security benefits for about 92% of retired people, which is just staggering when you consider what kind of evil people would have taxed Social Security, for heaven's sake, in the first place.

[00:28:46] And we have the answer, the Democrat Party. So, you know, Donald Trump has reversed that. If you go right on here, you see the second key part of it in number six, which is this president is a deregulation machine. I mean, there's nothing to compare. In fact, you can't even compare it to Donald Trump's first term, where he was eliminating 22 regulations for every one new one.

[00:29:15] This term, it's 129 for every one new one. Nobody believed him when he said he would do two for every one because nobody ever had. And the truth is most of the one regulations that are new are to repeal the old ones. So we're just taking a massive burden off individual American people,

[00:29:40] but also the kind of businesses that most need tax relief to keep going. Family farms, small family businesses, all of the people who do most of the hiring in this country, and we're seeing the results. So the third piece of that is in number seven. Donald Trump went out, and governors do this, but presidents normally do not. Donald Trump went out and recruited investment into the United States, which is just remarkable.

[00:30:10] And it isn't a little bit. I mean, there was a total of about a trillion dollars of new investment into the United States under Biden. Biden didn't recruit a penny of it. It just came for organic reasons. Donald Trump went around the world and twisted arms and said, we'll do a great trade deal with you, but first you've got to invest a trillion dollars in the United States. And it's just brilliant. And they are.

[00:30:38] And a lot of that money has shown up. Some of that, all of that is multi-year commitments, but a lot of it's already here. That's how you're getting all these new factories. And we have seen in the last, just in this last quarter, the Atlanta Fed, where you are, is projecting 4.7% annualized GDP growth for this quarter. 4.7. We were reliably told under Barack Obama that 1.6 was the new normal.

[00:31:07] That's the best you get. At that rate, the economy grows, doubles about every 54 years. That means young people never get any opportunity. At 3%, you grow the economy meaningfully, and there's lots of opportunity. At 4.7, you're talking about paying off the debt in 15 or 20 years. Well, we certainly need to pay off the debt in 15 to 20 years.

[00:31:35] Now, we're probably going to have work to do on that just because we have to prevent Congress from eating it all up and trying to suck it all up. But that's how you're able to do it. It's also how you deal with inflation and higher prices. What you said at the beginning of this, they took a few notes of what you're saying in this section. You talked about how under President Reagan, it took more than a press release, and it took a minute to get inflation under control.

[00:32:01] And, Rod, I think that is something that people who are our age and older, it is up to us to make sure we are explaining this to our children and our grandchildren. We've been down this road before. Now, I was a child and a teenager when President Reagan was president. The first president I was able to vote for was George H.W. Bush. But I remember when the wall came down.

[00:32:27] I remember—and it happened—it happened under George H.W. Bush, and it happened within 10 months of him taking office. And then within three years of him taking office, the entire Soviet Union went away. And this is important for a couple reasons. First, people said it could never be done and that Reagan was crazy and he was just a bumbling old man and he didn't know what he was doing.

[00:32:51] And his vision for the entire world and for peace and prosperity came into fruition within less than at a presidential term. It took a minute for that part to happen. And that was the international scene. On the economic scene, it did take a while. But what you just talked about, how we had 40 years of prosperity because of what he implemented, is so incredibly important.

[00:33:19] People are still feeling the squeeze from the increased prices. And you and I both know that. We see it in our own lives day to day. So I'm not going to gaslight anyone and tell them they don't feel the squeeze from the increased prices. What I know is that if we didn't have President Trump, that squeeze would feel like a vice hold on all of us right now because the inflation would still be skyrocketing. So it isn't skyrocketing anymore.

[00:33:48] It's coming down. The economy is growing. And then that takes us to another point that you made where you were talking about how businesses will be able to invest their profits back into their business. Now, some people who don't understand economics are going to think that that's somehow selfish or evil of a business to do.

[00:34:11] But you and I both understand, and I want you to really elaborate on this for me, that when a business reinvests in its own business, what it winds up doing is providing more opportunity to hire more people or to give your current people raises. Like there is a real benefit to everyone. And if you can get a raise, then it's going to offset that squeeze that you're feeling from the prices. And that's how we overcome the inflation problems.

[00:34:41] Go ahead and explain better. Yeah, that's exactly right. If you're investing in your own business, you know, people get this idea that somehow they're buying a yacht or something. No, that's consumption. If you're reinvesting in the business, you're hiring people. That's what that is. The biggest expense for almost every business on the planet is people.

[00:35:05] So if you're reinvesting in the business, you're hiring people directly or indirectly by expanding production, which in the process increases supply, which means you actually are able to reduce prices because you're selling more individual units and you can make more money off the aggregate of more sales than you can off, you know, an obscene profit on just a few sales.

[00:35:31] So all of this makes life better for everybody. The boss in that scenario probably doesn't get a yacht, but a bunch of his workers may get a bass boat. And that's a really good thing. That's good for everybody. And Johnny will get braces and Susie will get to go to college because daddy made more money. And he made more money because we actually recognize that American business has to prosper for American workers to prosper.

[00:36:01] And if you achieve that, then everybody gets better. By the way, we have the counter example. We don't have to wonder what it looks like if you go the other way with higher taxes, higher regulation, all of these things, the opposite of what Trump is doing. All we have to do is look at Europe. All we have to do is look at Canada. 15 years ago, both of those places were doing about as well as we are on a per capita basis.

[00:36:31] So on average, a person living in France or in Ontario made about the same money as a similar person in the United States. Well, guess what? That's over because for the last 15 years, they have gone hard left. And the net result of that is that the GDP in Canada has just stagnated.

[00:36:53] The average Canadian is making about half as much as a similar American, which is part of the reason they're all here in Florida with me now. And also in Europe, this is pathetic. Europe is a huge continent. They had a bigger economy than the United States 15 years ago. Today? Today? Oh, my goodness. They're two-thirds of the U.S. economy. And there's not a single country in Europe that isn't poorer than Mississippi.

[00:37:22] Mississippi, for heaven's sake. Okay. So no offense to Mississippi. I grew up in Arkansas. So, you know, we're always picking on them. But they're the 50th out of 50 on per capita income. Every country in Europe is poorer. That's a self-inflicted wound. These policies make a difference. And you may not see them in a year. But trust me, in 5, 10, 15, it ruins your country. And Trump is turning that around.

[00:37:50] And, of course, you know, again, we're talking about all of this investment. The investment includes investment by American companies. But it also includes a lot of investment from overseas. We've got Toyota shifting Tacoma production from Mexico to Texas. We've got GM, Honda, Mercedes, Stellantis, and others expanding U.S. production. One of the reasons for that, of course, is Donald Trump was committed to reciprocal trade.

[00:38:18] No more of these lopsided trade deals where we give advantages against the American worker to foreign countries. Their markets aren't completely open to ours. Ours are completely open to theirs. It's completely unfair. We did it for a legitimate reason after World War II. We wanted to help these countries rebuild after they were flattened during the war. And then the Cold War ended, and we didn't think about it again.

[00:38:47] We didn't change our mind. We did nothing to set that even. Trump has set it even, and he's also told these foreign companies, we won't put a tariff on you at all if you build in America, if you hire American workers. So for instance, the South Koreans are coming in and building up American shipyards, and the Japanese are getting in on that. The deal is simple. We won't tariff your company if you build here.

[00:39:16] But also, if you build here, you've got to hire American workers. And to the degree there aren't any American workers who know exactly what you need them to know, you can bring in your own for a limited period to train American workers to do those jobs. And then your guys have to leave. And, oh my gosh, they're lining up to do this because the American market is vast. We are 26% of the global economy.

[00:39:44] We're only 4% of the global population. You've got to sell here if you want to get ahead, period. And Donald Trump is using that for America instead of against it. That's right. And I think that in those that you just covered, you covered number eight and number nine. He made reshoring and reindustrialization real, not a slogan. And also he replaced the lopsided trade deals with balanced reciprocal trade. And then in this same section, you still have two others.

[00:40:14] He shifted global energy dominance from the Persian Gulf to the Gulf of America. Talk about that. This is extraordinary. I mean, you and I were little kids in the 70s. But I'm sure you remember, like I do, sitting in the back seat of Mama's car while she sat in a gas line in 73 because the Arabs just cut us off.

[00:40:37] And then again in 79 because the oil shock that came with the Ayatollah taking over Iran because Jimmy Carter sold out our friend the Shah. And so, you know, we're just in constant economic upheaval that hurts the poorest Americans most. Trump is reversing it. It's the exact opposite now. Global energy markets are now dominated by Texas and Louisiana. It is a completely different world.

[00:41:06] And you see those pictures, you know, the satellite images that came out starting in March and April where all of the super tankers are going around the Middle East and streaming to the Gulf of America to load up on oil and load up on natural gas. Now, again, we'll get some ding-dongs telling us, well, that means prices will be higher here. Really?

[00:41:32] Because if we build Apple computers here and we sell them overseas, it doesn't raise the price of Apple computers here. It means Apple makes more money and they cut prices. That's how that works. If you export a bunch of oil and gas, you are in a position to cut prices at home. You're also in a position to radically expand production, which is that reinvestment back into your own company. So we're seeing that everywhere and we're seeing American companies branch out overseas.

[00:42:01] Harold Hamm was one of the key movers behind the fracking revolution in Texas. Now he's doing a big fracking play in Argentina where we have a friendly libertarian president in Javier Malay. That's going to meaningfully bring down global oil prices because it's priced globally.

[00:42:19] So if there's more supply in Venezuela, if there's more supply in Argentina, if there's more supply of natural gas off the coast of Israel and Egypt, those things bring down the prices for everybody and we all prosper together. So this is a really big deal. It's also a big national security deal because one of the biggest problems for both of those oil shocks was that you had enemies of the United States cutting us off from the energy we needed to be able to defend ourselves.

[00:42:50] And, you know, what if the Soviets had decided to invade at that very moment? There wouldn't have been much we could do. This changes the game. We have the energy advantage. They don't. And a third point on that. In 2008, when oil prices hit $147.50 a barrel and we were being promised all day every day on TV that we had hit peak oil, that all the oil was running out, and this was the end of the party. Guess what?

[00:43:19] We have tripled U.S. oil production since then. It had never gone up before it became a mature industry. It has tripled in just that amount of time. Natural gas used to be the filet mignon of energy. Now we're just exporting it so fast we can't keep up with terminal construction to load the tankers. And in the process of that, it means Germany isn't dependent on Russia.

[00:43:48] France isn't dependent on Qatar. And as a result, all of our alliances are safer and we don't have to spend as much to defend them.

[00:43:59] Well, and that is really huge because if they're not dependent on our adversaries when it comes to how we're – when it comes to their energy consumption and they're dependent on us, but we're their ally and we're not – they're not winding up strengthening our adversaries. It's better for us and it's better for them. It's better for the entire world.

[00:44:26] So it's more than just an economic benefit. It helps with international relations and it helps with world peace in the end. It absolutely does. And that brings us to 11. And, you know, the fact of the matter is all this works better with a lot of nuclear power. And for 40 years, we didn't really build any in this country, which is insane. And, of course, it's all super dangerous. Well, it wasn't even that dangerous in the 60s, actually.

[00:44:55] The worst nuclear accident in American history was Three Mile Island in 1979 when you and I were very young. And if I fly in an airliner to D.C. at 30,000 feet, I get a larger radiation dose than anyone got at Three Mile Island. It's completely ridiculous. So, you know, in the meantime, I don't know if you've noticed this, but technology has advanced a little bit.

[00:45:25] Everything we have is better than it was in 1979. And the technology on these new nuclear reactors is just insane. I mean, they're designed where they literally cannot melt down. The radiation is contained within the fuel pellets. So, you know, there's no way to release it. It's just a completely different world.

[00:45:45] So, you know, we went from no reactors for about 40 years to Donald Trump setting a goal of three new reactors online by the semi-quincentennial in July. And guess what? It wasn't three. It was five. So we are just bounding forward.

[00:46:06] What that means for naval power, what that means for missile defense, what that means for just bringing down the price of oil and gas. Because if you generate your power some other way, you don't have to burn the oil and gas. So you can sell it. And other people can make Texas and Louisiana and the rest of us rich. And it's all a comprehensive thing. I have a book coming out, by the way.

[00:46:34] You'll get a kick out of this, Jenny Beth. It's called Trump's New World Reorder. And it's all about the fact that all of these disparate pieces, you know, Trump looks like a chaos monster and, you know, none of these things connect. No, they all connect. It's incredibly intricate in a way matched probably in modern times only by Nixon and Kissinger.

[00:46:59] You know, they kind of outsmarted themselves because their stuff was too smart for Jerry Ford or Jimmy Carter to continue. Donald Trump is building something that can run itself if we don't screw up and hand the country to AOC and Gavin Newsom. We just can't. We can't do that. And what you're outlining is the reason why we have to keep things going. But, Rod, we can't do that. They will destroy every single thing that you've talked about. They will end.

[00:47:29] They will probably try to shut down the nuclear reactors. They won't want America exporting energy. They won't want energy being created. When Biden came in, the first thing he did was end the pipelines. No more pipelines. If you've got the construction going, yeah, we're done. You're not going to be able to do that. It's everything. And then, of course, they'll spend more money. They won't care about stopping the fraud from happening. They'll increase regulations.

[00:47:57] They'll reinstate every regulation they possibly can. And in the next two years, if they wind up winning, they're going to impeach President Trump probably every single week if they can. They're going to be investigating every person who works for him and is in his administration. And I think we'll see impeachments within his administration. None of this positive stuff will happen at all. Well, just one regulation.

[00:48:26] Remember, Donald Trump has gotten rid of 129 for every one new one. Just one of those. Obama's endangerment finding was a $1.3 trillion burden on the economy. If the president and a newly elected Republican Congress follow through on this $5,000 dividend payment to every adult in America, that pays for it by itself.

[00:48:54] I mean, it's just an extraordinary amount of money. And the Democrats are in the business of making people miserable so that they'll vote for more government solutions. That's exactly what they've done in Europe and in Canada. And it's a catastrophe. And if you want to see the extreme case, just look at Venezuela. So, you know, we are going the other direction. We got to stay in the other direction. I know we're running short on time. So let me hit a few of these kind of quick.

[00:49:24] I've got a subject heading here called Trump made elections matter again. And the point of that is if you can't meaningfully overthrow your government at every election, you're not doing it right. You know, if you create this giant, unelected, unaccountable, and crucially unfireable bureaucracy, what we've started calling the deep state.

[00:49:49] If you create that and you give it legislative, executive, and judicial power that is unappealable to any constitutional court, which we did for half a century, then are you really free? Does an election really matter? And at the end of the day, no.

[00:50:07] I mean, we could change things at the margin, but we couldn't really get to the root of it because the president was unconstitutionally prevented from carrying out his duties under Article 2, Section 1, which says in its first sentence that the executive power of the United States shall be vested in a president.

[00:50:28] Well, that means not in the president. It's like Tony Fauci. Those people weren't elected by anybody. So if you have an election and you change the guy at the top and he can't fire Fauci, well, God help you. Nothing changed. Trump has changed all of that. And you see it in thing after thing after thing.

[00:50:58] A lot of it was carefully engineered litigation like the Trump v. Slaughter case, which restored the president's power to fire senior officials after it had been illegal for him to do so since 1935. We're talking about a 90-year coup. And Trump put the judges on the Supreme Court and filed the litigation necessary to overturn that.

[00:51:26] We're at the lowest federal employment level in 60 years. He has just romped and stomped on these guys. He's ended nationwide injunction abuse, not perfectly, but dramatically compared to a year and a half ago. The Trump v. CASA ruling was really good. But I think they need to come back and do a little bit more to deal with the class action abuse and other issues. But it's a huge step forward.

[00:51:55] We mentioned shutting down USAID. They were just taking your tax money and recycling it into Democrat activism, both at home and abroad. And I'm sorry, I don't care how much money you and I raise. It doesn't matter if you've got seven times as much money on the other side because they're spending it out of my paycheck. That's crazy. And just down the line, and I really should mention, he got rid of DEI.

[00:52:24] And you're never, ever, ever going to have a competent government if it isn't based on merit. You know, the whole idea of our system is that the very best will serve in these roles. Well, if you're hiring them for reasons other than competence, that's impossible. And so getting rid of this is a boon to anybody who wants to get ahead. Black, white, Hispanic, woman, man, doesn't matter.

[00:52:54] Whatever you are, the only thing necessary for you to succeed is to be your best. And that's what Trump has restored. So it's a huge deal. And that's important even before we get to faith and family. Yeah. And when going back to what you just said about shutting down USAID, and it doesn't matter how much we give individually or raise for candidates through the activism that we do,

[00:53:24] it's really hard to compete with federal tax dollars. And some people may say, oh, but that money was going to non-government organizations and to 501c3 entities. Absolutely. It was. Sure. But money is fungible. So if they are able to take that money and use it for things that they wouldn't be using otherwise,

[00:53:46] or they're able to take that money and use it under the guise of education to indoctrinate and brainwash people in our own country and across the world to turn them against America and American values, then it makes our job at elections so much more difficult because we're competing with that kind of messaging that's been going out from our tax dollars. So it's very important that he has stopped that. And it shouldn't be a slush fund.

[00:54:15] If we need true humanitarian aid, then provide true humanitarian aid. But it isn't for rainbow coloring books promoting homosexuality in foreign countries. And let's not forget my personal favorite, forcibly sterilizing 300,000 native women in Peru. Because after all, we have an overpopulation problem and we need to kill people. I mean, it's just evil. It's a crime against humanity paid for with your tax dollars.

[00:54:43] And as far as those NGOs, you know, people have the idea of these charities that are, you know, doing all this, you know, humanitarian, nonpartisan work. Well, let me tell you about one of those NGOs. Stacey Abrams founded a fake charity in Georgia.

[00:55:01] And on their way out the door, the Biden team at the EPA gave her $2 billion for a one month old organization with no operating history at all. And I'd like to know what Stacey Abrams knows about the environment. I can't tell that Stacey Abrams knows how to tie a shoe. You know, but, oh no, let's just give you $2 billion. Well, sign me up for that. Where's my $2 billion check?

[00:55:29] Oh, wait, I'm not a Democrat activist who ran unsuccessfully for governor of Georgia. So, of course, I'm not getting $2 billion. But Stacey did. And fortunately, the Trump administration was able to claw it back.

[00:55:42] And the Department of Energy and the EPA keep finding more of those just fake, fake grants, transparent money laundering to the Democratic Party, you know, using the artifice of these fake organizations to achieve their goals.

[00:55:59] Meanwhile, you know, there are a lot of not at all fake charities like World Vision and Catholic charities, for that matter, that have taken a shocking amount of federal money to advance the Biden immigration agenda, directly organizing those migrant caravans, directly paying those guys their travel costs, directly making sure that they knew exactly where to go in the United States and what to say if they encountered Border Patrol.

[00:56:26] This was your government organizing an invasion of your country. And Trump put a stop to it. And rightfully so. He needed to put a stop to it because it was completely wrong. And those NGOs did not need to be getting that money. We didn't need to be funding the invasion of our country to begin with. And there shouldn't be perverse incentives to keep illegal immigration going.

[00:56:54] And that's part of what President Trump has ended. We don't have those perverse incentives happening anymore. But I tell you what, Rod, if we lose control of Congress, that'll be one of the first things that the new Congress led by the crazy communist will try to do is to reinstate that. Because they want unfettered migration and they want to grant amnesty to anyone who is here, regardless of their immigration status. Yeah.

[00:57:23] Well, and you look at Canada, they've done that. Canada, 47 percent of the Canadian population now is either foreign born or the children of people who are foreign born. 47 percent? That is just replacing the Canadian population with people who are more susceptible to socialism. That's what Biden was doing. But he was also doing all these other terrible things. So we should hit faith and family while we're here.

[00:57:50] You know, Trump's just been the best pro-life president ever. And I hate to say that because I love Ronald Reagan. And you and I both know how great Reagan was on this issue. But Reagan didn't have the tools available that Donald Trump has, starting with, you know, he had a Democrat House of Representatives all eight years of his term. But, I mean, Reagan was such a great pro-life president. He actually wrote.

[00:58:16] He was the first president in American history to write a book while in office. And it was all about pro-life. It was fantastic. This is just who he was. And yet Trump has exceeded him in countless ways, overturned Roe v. Wade. You say, well, Trump didn't do that. Well, yeah, he did because he got those justices in place on the Supreme Court who gave the final votes.

[00:58:41] We got a 6-3 ruling to get rid of Roe, which all of us had been saying was our single biggest issue since I was a little kid. That's gone. Okay, you've got a state-by-state fight now. That's what you asked for. We all said we wanted rid of Roe. That's right. That's what it was always going to be. Okay, got rid of Roe. But he also has enforced the Hyde Amendment prohibiting the use of federal funds to pay for abortions. He's reinstated and expanded the Mexico City policy that Reagan started.

[00:59:11] And, of course, Obama and Biden and Clinton all ended while they were president. The Mexico City policy prohibits federal funding of foreign abortions. He ended the federal fetal tissue research program, which is just extraordinary, not least from a scientific perspective. Embryonic stem cells have turned out to be almost useless for the things we were promised 25 years ago.

[00:59:35] Your own adult stem cells are vastly, vastly better for these different things precisely because they're your own. So your body doesn't reject them the way that, you know, bodies sometimes reject an organ transplant or, oh, somebody else's stem cells. And Trump has actually put science back at the center of these things that we were told were settled science.

[01:00:01] And in the process done a really morally important thing. Also, the administration only has limited power over how much funding Planned Parenthood gets. Congress really has to drop the ball on this one. But the president has cut off all the funding to Planned Parenthood that he possibly can. And that is a huge amount of money. He also got men out of women's sports. And look, I have daughters.

[01:00:29] What is the point of a little girl trying hard at sports when some boy is just going to come along and beat the crud out of her? What's the point? It's just like if you had a high school football team and all of a sudden you had to play against the NFL. I mean, it's not sporting. There's nothing sporting about it. It is awful. It is evil. And it's ruinous for our girls.

[01:00:54] And we all know, or at least used to know, the stats on how much good sports does in a young girl's life. It reduces the teen pregnancy rate. It increases GPAs. It increases the percentage that go to college. Every good thing you can imagine. And the Democrats have done their best to destroy it. So Trump has reversed that. He enacted America's first nationwide school choice program, which is just amazing.

[01:01:23] I mean, I think we all got a pretty good view during COVID of just how bad the public schools had become. And so now we're making real steps against that. The new Trump accounts are fantastic. He also has done something that may be a little less visible to people. But he's targeted anti-Christian bias and discrimination from various entities that are prohibited by law from doing so.

[01:01:52] And the prior administrations really didn't. I mean, it was just open game on Christians. You can just do anything you want to us. But not under Trump. And it's really, really different. Yes, it's very different. And then, Rod, if you've got the time, we've got the last section we need to go over about how he has restored peace through strength and put America first. Well, it's just amazing what's happened.

[01:02:22] And I touched on it a minute ago by pointing out all these lopsided deals on trade to help our allies rebuild after World War II. Well, I'm sorry, but World War II was a little while ago now. And it's time to rethink. Same thing on defense. I mean, Germany was spending so little on defense. This is the third largest economy in the world. This is supposedly our partner.

[01:02:46] This is supposedly a country that we're supposed to have 100,000 troops in its borders to defend it. And they were showing up at NATO exercises with broomsticks because they didn't have enough for rifles. Is that absurd? Oh, wait, it gets worse. You would think that would be as bad as it gets. But no, actually not. In Britain, they now have twice as many admirals as warships.

[01:03:14] An admiral is supposed to command many warships. A single captain captains a warship. They've got twice as many admirals as warships. Their navy has become a joke. That isn't just one of those sad things that happened. That's a socialist choice to become defenseless.

[01:03:33] Use the U.S. taxpayer to fill the gap and spend the difference on their giant social welfare programs and their massive Muslim immigration. Trump's called a halt. No more. So every NATO ally has now hit the 2% of GDP goal on defense spending that they promised years and years ago, and none of them actually did it. Now they all are.

[01:03:59] And now they've all committed to 5%, which would be a 250% improvement in the entire Western alliance's defense. Okay, well, if you do that, I'm sorry, Russia can't invade. None of these things that all the liberals are all worried about are possible because if you have strong enough Western countries, nobody can make trouble. I mean, it really is that simple.

[01:04:26] And also the United States doesn't have to foot the bill for things that are stupid and that we shouldn't have to pay for. Likewise, the president drove China out of the Caribbean. You know, he got rid of them at both ends of the Panama Canal, one of the most important choke points in the world. He got rid of them in Venezuela. He is making it impossible for them to do business meaningfully in Cuba.

[01:04:51] They were trying to recreate their own first island chain around the United States, and Trump just ended it overnight. He also brokered eight peace deals in just eight months. A couple of those wars had been going on for 40 years. Nobody cared. Donald Trump went and brought peace, and part of the deal was investment. So those countries will prosper, but so will American investors, which is wonderful.

[01:05:19] He launched and funded Golden Dome. Mutual assured destruction is immoral. I mean, the idea that countries would hold each other's populations hostage for nuclear weapons, that's evil. Ronald Reagan tried to stop that. Richard Nixon tried to stop that. Trump is actually stopping that, and Golden Dome changes the equation because you'll start with missiles, just like the Israelis did with Iron Dome and Arrow 3 and David Sling.

[01:05:47] You'll start with missiles, and they're expensive. But where we're headed is, I'm not kidding, laser weapons, which we're already deploying on naval vessels now. These things can shoot down an incoming missile or drone for about $2 a shot instead of $20 million a shot. That completely changes the math. That makes an offensive attack on the United States just inconceivable.

[01:06:14] And finally, he restored the warrior ethos to the Pentagon. We were not able to recruit enough soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines during the Biden years at all. I mean, they're just missing their recruiting target every single year. We exceeded our 2025 recruiting goals in the first seven months. I mean, it's incredible. So we've completely revamped the military.

[01:06:42] It is, again, what it ought to be and not a social engineering experiment. And all of that makes us safer and makes living conditions better for the heroes among us. So this is just 25. This is just 25. We could go on for 100 or 150.

[01:07:00] But if this guy isn't worthy of your vote, if this Congress, which, okay, they're not perfect, but they've actually enacted most of what we're talking about here at his insistence. If they're not worthy of your vote, no politicians ever are. And you just might as well get ready to live under the socialist dictatorship because you don't deserve better. But if you do care and if you do want to save America, guys, it's really simple.

[01:07:27] Tell these stories to your neighbors. Tell to your friends. Tell the story. And then, and I'm not kidding, then actually call them, put them in your car, and drive them to vote. That's what the Democrats do. That's how they win, along with all the cheating. We can do all but the cheating, too.

[01:07:52] And it's about time we took responsibility for our country and didn't just wait for somebody in Washington to do it. That's exactly right, Rod. And that's why you read this list, because you're taking responsibility for it yourself. And that's what each person who's watching needs to do. I'm going to talk more about how people can get involved and volunteer in just a second. But before I do that, Rod, you've got another list of 25. We can throw that up on the screen.
