Ashley Hayek is the president of America First Works, the political arm of the America First Policy Institute. She began in political nonprofit work in California, joined the Trump campaign in 2019 as executive director of Women for Trump, and became national coalitions director across more than 45 coalitions. She was a day one team member of the America First Policy Institute and founded America First Works with Brooke Rollins in late 2021. She is a mother of five.
