In October 2024, voters across the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh suburbs who displayed Trump yard signs received letters in the mail threatening to shoot them and kill their pets in the dead of a cold winter's night. That language is verbatim from the letters.
Almost two years later, nobody has been arrested. J. Christian Adams of the Public Interest Legal Foundation tells Jenny Beth Martin that the FBI, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Philadelphia, the Lower Merion Police Department, and the Pennsylvania State Police have collectively produced nothing — and the Pennsylvania State Police confirmed in writing they never even opened an investigation.
