Inside Georgia's Election Bunker: Court Just Forced Bipartisan Oversight | Josh McKoon

Raffensperger's election night bunker just got cracked open — and Josh McKoon has the inside story.
Georgia GOP Chairman Josh McKoon joins Jenny Beth Martin with breaking news from inside Primary Day 2026. Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger — who is also a candidate for governor — tried to lock state election board members out of the room where tonight's primary results are being aggregated. A lawsuit was filed by State Senator Greg Dolezal and others. Earlier today, Judge Earl Glanville, the chief judge of the Fulton County Superior Court, ruled in favor of bipartisan oversight.
McKoon explains why this matters, what was at stake, and how Georgia got here. Jenny Beth Martin draws the line straight from this ruling back to the 2020 absentee ballot processing fight — when she and Tea Party Patriots Action led the charge to keep election counting open to the public.
If a Secretary of State is on the ballot, the public's interest in oversight is heightened — not reduced. That's the case Josh McKoon and Jenny Beth Martin make in this segment.
CALL TO ACTION: Call the Capitol switchboard at 202-224-3121. Tell Congress to pass the SAVE America Act and protect election integrity nationwide.
