Congressman Andy Biggs represents the 5th Congressional district of Arizona and currently serves on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee and the House Judiciary Committee. He is the Chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance. He is a former Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, and prior to serving in the US House of Representatives, he served in both the Arizona State House and Senate, where in 2012 he served as the Senate President.
