[00:00:01] In 26 short days, the country finds itself once again at one of the most defining moments in American democracy, the midterm elections. Every two years, the political spotlight shifts slightly away from the presidential cycle. And although President Trump is not physically on the ballot, his policies certainly are.
[00:00:24] But this focus shifts towards Congress, state houses, governors' mansions and communities across the nation. And while the word midterm may sound routine, there's nothing routine about what is at stake in 2026. These elections are a chance for voters to pass judgment not only on the people currently in power, but on the direction they believe the country should take next.
[00:00:51] The issues are familiar, but the choices are consequential. It's the economy, the cost of living, immigration, education, healthcare, public safety, abortion, and the future of American democracy itself, and the balance of power in Washington, D.C. and state capitals throughout our great nation. Beyond the headlines and campaign advertisements, there is something even more fundamental at stake.
[00:01:19] Participation and ultimately turnout. Because our nation for which it stands, a constitutional republic under God, does not belong to one party or one political class. It belongs to the people who show up and make their voices heard. And in this 2026 edition, a stark choice between capitalism and communism. Crazy on the left, common sense on the right.
[00:01:46] What direction will America turn as we celebrate 250 years of self-governance, a system that has stood the test of time? Today we take a deep dive into the grassroots, something Tea Party Patriots action is all about. And we'll examine the races, the issues, the competing visions, and the choices facing voters across America as November 3rd is less than four weeks away.
[00:02:13] Whether you choose to vote early or on election day, the ballots will tell us who wins. But the bigger question is this, what those ballots will say about where the country wants to go next. And in this midterm election, the voters are about to have their say. I'm Robert McNeely in for Jenny Beth Martin. Welcome to the The Jenny Beth Show.
[00:02:47] Welcome to the Jenny Beth show. President Trump is on a barn burner tour campaigning for Republicans across the country. And yesterday was no different as he stumped for veteran politicians like Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, the candidate for United States Senate. But among the Trump endorsed congressional candidates, exciting newcomers are included in the mix.
[00:03:14] Patriots like Brandon Herrera from Texas 23, Chris Gober from Texas 10 and 20 year Air Force veteran Carlos de la Cruz with deep San Antonio roots. We're joined by the likes of Senator Ted Cruz and Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, just miles away from Lackland Air Force Base and the Alamo.
[00:03:39] You may remember it where Lieutenant Governor Patrick reminded us of what is truly at stake this election cycle. In the southern part of Texas, there's the town of San Antonio. There's a statue of a cowboy as he rides there all alone. And he sees the cattle grazing. For a century before Santa Ana guns were blazing and the cannons used to roar. And his eyes turned sort of misty.
[00:04:05] And his heart is all aglow for the 13 days of glory at the siege of Alamo. They fought for freedom and independence. And that's what's on the ballot right now for Texas again. And all of us, all of us have the DNA of Crockett, Bowie and Travis in us. Whether you're born here or you moved here. When you go around the world, people say, where are you from? You don't say America.
[00:04:34] You say Texas. I want you to look at that flag. By the way, I did have a thought. Can you imagine if James Tallarico showed up at the Alamo? He'd be standing there and he'd say, Colonel Crockett, I'm reporting for duty, sir. And Crockett would look at him and say, son, I appreciate you wearing that coonskin cap in honor of my Tennesseans. But the tail goes in the back.
[00:05:05] Can't fire your musket that way, James. That flag does not stand for Sharia law. Flag does not stand for Marxism. That flag does not stand for communism. That flag does not stand for socialism. That flag stands for God and country and family.
[00:05:34] And as Davy Crockett famously told the United States Congress upon becoming a lame duck for the great volunteers, the frontier state of Tennessee, you may all go to hell. I will go to Texas. And that famous quote really leading to the end of his life as he defended that mission against the Imperial Mexican Army of the time, perhaps the most powerful army in 1836.
[00:06:00] Texas independence being part of the American story. So how will you vote? How will you get involved in these next 26 days as Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick of the Lone Star State so urged you to do? I will save America dot com. Register voters, send postcards, make phone calls, text friends and family, go door to door, become a poll worker, become a poll watcher or even volunteer for a local campaign.
[00:06:30] You can donate to campaigns to and recruit at least five friends that I will save America dot com. Yes, I will save America dot com. So crucial to the future of this amazing country of ours. You can see the website there on your screen as again, it details the 10 things you can do to save America because some of us feel so overwhelmed at this time of year.
[00:06:57] Lots going on with the kids in the middle of their schooling and also college football, pro football on the weekends and just getting those tasks done for you and your family. But some people have the problem of not being able to give enough time to these different campaigns or really get involved the way they want to.
[00:07:19] But the problem is this conservatives, they show up in the presidential cycle as Jenny Beth has highlighted on the show, as countless other elected officials have been talking about across the country. That's why President Trump is doing at least one campaign rally every single day around the country for Republican turn out. They really are not coming out for the midterms and conservatives have a way of sitting on the sidelines once they are in the majority.
[00:07:47] But we have highlighted what has gone on with the DSA candidates across the country from James Talarico in Texas to Angie Nixon in Florida to Al Syed, the Islamist all the way up in the Wolverine state of Michigan. Their playbook is out of Karl Marx. They are Saul Alinsky disciples.
[00:08:10] And as much as they claim to be capitalists and will say the moderate story, it's truly highlighted. It's washed and repeated from sea to shining sea, what they try to attempt to do. And it's implementing socialism and communism right here at home. Really, really the solution is that nobody can change a mind at this point. This is truly a turnout election.
[00:08:40] You hear that every cycle. You hear how important each one will be from 2024 to 2026. But this truly will be the test of do you want President Donald Trump impeached again by a far left Democrat House? If you don't want that, just show up and get the House reelected. Put that gavel in Speaker Johnson's hands.
[00:09:04] Not that gentleman from New York City who will take it far, far left. We know the Democrat Party currently something of New York and California's creation. We want Main Street. We want the middle of America represented in Washington, D.C. So there you can register voters, send postcards. We've done a lot of those here at Tea Party Patriots Action. Make those phone calls. Text friends and family. Go door to door. We had some fun with Scott Pressler in Wisconsin.
[00:09:33] The Badger State doing that some weeks ago. Become a poll worker or a poll watcher. We want both parties in the room where it happens. It's absolutely crucial to make sure the integrity of the vote stands here in this country. Volunteer for a local campaign. Get involved, especially those state House and state Senate races. Scott recently highlighting on the Benny Johnson show that these state legislatures have so much say.
[00:10:03] So many governors have room in their offices and their respective constitutional duties to see that free and fair elections happen through the county clerk and through the secretaries of state. So you have to go up and down the ballot. That's very important to donate to campaigns as well and recruit at least five friends. So let's go to the quick long break on not only I will save America dot com,
[00:10:30] but help friends vote friends, help friends vote dot com. And you can see how much that will work in this upcoming election. You already know the people who are going to decide this election. Their phone numbers are in your cell phone right now. Election day is Tuesday, November 3rd. On September 1st, 192 House Democrats voted against a resolution condemning big government socialism.
[00:10:57] And in that same resolution, they voted against only American citizens voting in American elections. That's what we're up against. Think about how you use your phone. You don't pick up a call from a number you don't recognize. You delete the campaign emails and text. But when you see a text from somebody you know, you read it every time. And that's the idea behind our app. You download it. It checks your contacts against the voter list.
[00:11:24] It shows you which of your friends and neighbors still need to vote. And it gives you a message to send to them. The app only checks whether your numbers are in the voter file. Your contacts are not stored and they are never shared. It takes about 10 minutes a week to use it. Your friends and neighbors are going to hear from somebody this election cycle. And I think it ought to be you. So here's your assignment. Go to friends help friends vote dot com.
[00:11:51] Again, that's friends help friends vote dot com. Don't wait for somebody else to do it. Do it right now. Paid for by Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund. Thank you, Jenny Beth. And welcome back to the Jenny Beth Show. I'm Robert McNeely in for Jenny Beth today. From the Lone Star State, focusing on the last rally just yesterday, where President Trump visiting the Freeman Coliseum to State 48 in Arizona.
[00:12:22] So much is at stake in crucial swing districts, especially as more and more people are voting with their feet and moving across America. So we are thrilled to have a grassroots activist unlike any other being joined by EZAZ founder and chairwoman Marissa Caldwell to break down election integrity, the grassroots and how to get out the vote otherwise known as GOTV. Marissa, welcome to the program.
[00:12:57] Hi, how are you? Thank you so much for having me. Oh, doing very well. Thanks for coming on and talking about how crucial these elections are just 26 days away. Jenny Beth recently interviewed a Cleta Mitchell, if you caught that Marissa. And I know all y'all were very, very imperative in a coalition conference call with Senator Mike Lee dating back to January of 2024 and walking through what was happening specifically
[00:13:25] in Arizona with election integrity. So Jenny Beth asked Senator Lee to write a bill to fix that problem. Well, that bill became known as the Save America Act. And it's why Deep Ari Patriots Action and your organization, EZAZ, putting so much effort into passing this crucial legislation. But for the viewers, in 2013, the Supreme Court said Arizona had to accept the federal registration form.
[00:13:52] So Arizona's answer was a bifurcated ballot where someone who has never proven citizenship still votes for president, Senate, and even their congressperson. Explain why this is troublesome for election integrity. So what this essentially means, and we've found it occurring here in Arizona, is that people who have not proven their citizenship still get to vote on the federal ballot.
[00:14:19] So that means they, if it's a presidential cycle, they can vote for president. They can vote on U.S. Senate races and they can vote for Congress. Well, we've already found from the efforts of cleaning up voters that there are a few voters that are not citizens and are indeed voting. We've also found that our motor vehicle division system registers non-citizens to vote. They know that they're not citizens. And instead, it takes them through a whole process, opting them in to vote.
[00:14:47] And so these things are, you know, when you have such tight elections is what we see in Arizona, where you have an attorney general's race that was taken over by 280 votes and a bunch of glitches that glitched out a thousand legal citizens from voting. When you have non-citizens voting, that makes a big difference. Yes, it's a crucial difference happening, and especially it dilutes the vote of the citizen in the process.
[00:15:15] But a big Supreme Court case has a hearing on December 8th. So this is after the midterm elections. One federal judge just said that only the states can decide these votes. But the left is arguing that states cannot enforce it due to the National Voter Registration Act, otherwise known as motor voter laws, dating back to the Clinton years. And this blocks a state from requiring that proof of citizenship component that we're fighting
[00:15:43] so hard for with passing the Save America Act. Where do you potentially see this dialogue or debate going, especially post-election? You know, I find it very interesting because there was recently another court ruling, not at the Supreme Court level. But it said that the federal government couldn't prosecute, that the DOJ couldn't prosecute people for illegally voting, for non-citizens illegally voting, because that's under state law.
[00:16:12] Okay, well, if it's under state law, then let Arizona stop non-citizens from voting. And it's the federal government that's stopping that from happening. It is Congress that broke it. And so that's the reason why we've been so supportive of the Save Act, is because Congress needs to fix it. However, I would argue that, yes, the state should have a right to prevent non-citizens from voting. And we shouldn't have to have a bifurcated system in Arizona. We should just be able to say, no, if you haven't proven citizenship, you are not eligible
[00:16:40] to vote because you must be a U.S. citizen. So I think those are some of the things that we're going to see as this debate keeps going on. But here's something I find very interesting. I text messaged Democrat voters while we were having the debate on the Save Act and the Save America Act. And I wanted to reach out to Democrat voters and find out how do they think, what do they really feel about proof of citizenship to vote?
[00:17:07] And what do they really feel about requiring photo ID to vote? And here's how it ended up. I had hundreds of conversations, at least 100, maybe 300 conversations. And at the end of the day, all of them said, well, we don't want a law to be put in place that Trump wants. And I said, OK, well, that's fine. I understand that you have Trump derangement syndrome, whatever. There's not a cure for it yet from what I've seen, unfortunately.
[00:17:36] However, I said Arizona law already requires proof of citizenship to vote, and we already require photo ID to vote. So do you have any concerns with that? Do you support Arizona's law or do you want to see it change? And they said, no, absolutely. What we want to see applied at the federal level is exactly what Arizona's law is. There was only one Democrat that said, no, I think non-citizens should be able to vote. And so that's even higher than what the polling shows as far as the left supporting proof of citizenship.
[00:18:05] So it's really only a very tiny, tiny amount of well-funded NGOs that want to have our basically citizens be glitched out of their vote with non-citizens voting. That's really what it comes down to. Americans across the board, regardless of party, only want citizens to vote, and they want proof of citizenship to be able to vote. Well, it's a really very reassuring message, Marissa, because so much concern over election integrity.
[00:18:33] How does a grassroots organization and leader like yourself reassure those voters, both Republican, Democrat, even independents or third party, that voters participate in this most critical election cycle and that we, the people, are truly against just these few folks who want to be the oligarchs and rule us in every aspect of our lives? Yeah, so it's a very simple message.
[00:18:58] So the interesting thing was, is we went door knocking after the primary because we were very concerned about what happened in the primary. What we saw was the lowest voter participation rate on both the left and the right in over a decade. But it was particularly concerning how many conservatives that always vote in primaries didn't vote this primary. And, you know, in Arizona, we pride ourselves that we do have very high voter participation
[00:19:28] considering other states. And this time, we weren't at the highest anymore. And so it was very concerning. So we went door knocking. What we found out was that the voters that normally vote in the primaries that didn't vote this time, their top concern is honest elections. But when we educated them on what has happened in Arizona, we have a representative, Alex Colliden, who is running for secretary of state, huge champion on election integrity.
[00:19:54] And he's passed a number of very large election integrity bills that has gone a long way in improving our elections here in Arizona. We now have recorder Justin Heap that is an election integrity champion, the best recorder in the country, in my opinion. And he has worked very hard to secure our elections. Now, we recently saw that there's still glitches coming from Runbeck. But what a breath of fresh air that the recorder's office immediately put out a statement saying
[00:20:23] what occurred and what they were doing to correct it and exactly all the steps that they did. That is something that is unheard of coming from Maricopa County, is that we actually have now an election administration for early voting that is accountable to the voters and will communicate to the voters and will hold and will hold these vendors accountable. So so that's the one simple message in Arizona.
[00:20:49] The only way that you will permanently get glitched out of your vote is if you don't actually vote, go and show up to vote. We have an election integrity, very sophisticated election integrity infrastructure in place in Arizona. And you can always reach out to me at easyaz.org, action at easyaz.org. And I will help to make sure that you are not glitched out of your vote. We do that every single day. I can if you have time for a short story, I can tell you a quick story of what we've already done.
[00:21:17] We had a voter right after the primary, unfortunately, contacted me. He called me. He is a 94 year old voter. And he said, I saved your phone number from 2024. You helped me vote in 2024. And I haven't gotten my mail in ballot. And I don't know why. And I know that the primary is right around the corner. And I said, I'm so sorry, sir. The primary just happened. They moved it up by two weeks. I'm so sorry you missed it. And I said, but would you like me to help you identify why you didn't get an early ballot?
[00:21:46] And so we walked through. He said, well, I don't know how to use the Internet. And I said, that's OK. I can walk you through it. So we walked him through checking his voter dashboard, checking to see if he got an early ballot or not. And it showed his early ballot had been turned off from being able to be sent to him. Very interesting how that keeps happening. So we turned it back on. We turned them on for alerts from the recorder. In Arizona, we're the only state that gets alerts from your recorder, text or email. You can sign up for them to secure your ballot. It's very important.
[00:22:17] And so I said, if you don't get a text message saying that your early ballot is coming, please call me and save my phone number. I did that while I was in a parking lot after getting ice cream. We had another set of voters out of Mohave County. And they texted me in the primary and said, hey, I was told that you can help us with voting. We contacted the party. My wife is in the hospital. We've been voting together for 76 years.
[00:22:46] And now I'm being told that I won't be able to vote this year. We won't be able to vote. You like, what can you do to stop to stop this? We do not want to lose our 76 year streak. And he sounded so hopeless. He was suffering from medical issues himself. And I said, you can call your county recorder. Here's the phone number. Schedule a special election aboard appointment. And they will bring a bipartisan team to your wife in the hospital and to you. And you can still vote.
[00:23:13] And so no matter what, you can find a way to be able to vote in Arizona. And people can reach out to me. We're doing it every single day. And so your vote is worth it. It is your voice. And it is how we save the republic. Now let's talk about the other question that you asked me about the issues of why people should vote. Well, we created a website called azwalletwatch.com. That's azwalletwatch.com. And what we did is we analyzed the bills in the legislature from the last four years.
[00:23:41] Most people think that high costs and inflation is just a Washington, D.C. story. That couldn't be further from the truth. When we looked at the bills, we found 397 bills that the state legislature ran that either increased costs for, either increased costs for the people, decreased costs, created economic opportunity, or stopped waste, fraud, and abuse. When we went through that, and thank you for putting the website up there,
[00:24:09] when we went through that, we found that Republicans fought against high costs 89% of the time. Republicans fought to cut costs 89% of the time. Whereas Democrats, they voted 61% of the time to keep costs high. They only scored 39% on the scorecard. And so they enabled high costs. And when those bills to cut costs went to Governor Hobbs' desk, she vetoed 48% of them.
[00:24:38] So we have a reason to vote. Our states can lower our costs. But what Democrats have proven is they don't want to lower costs. They want to keep costs high. And even worse than that, if you listen to what Senator Mark Kelly said a few days ago, he said the quiet part out loud. He said, the Democrat affordability plan is to increase income taxes to 8%. 8%. In Arizona, our income tax is 2.5%.
[00:25:05] And sure enough, I went and checked, and the Democrats put a bill that fortunately Republicans blocked, but it would have increased the income tax to 8%. So here's the deal. If you want high costs, and you want to pay as much as you possibly can and just not be able to make ends meet, then vote for Democrats. But if you want to lower those high costs, if you want to stop the waste, fraud, and abuse, if you want to have a reasonable income tax, which I personally think should be 0%,
[00:25:34] then you need to make sure that you are voting for Republicans up and down your ballot. And I'll say this. I am libertarian ideologically. I am ideologically not technically a full-blown Republican. But I am registered Republican, and I vote for Republicans because that is our best shot at freedom. And so all that we need to do is take a look at the voting records.
[00:25:58] And in Arizona especially, the Democrat Party has just become a straight-up communist party. They had one moderate left, and they went all in in the primary and knocked her out of the primary. And I'm seeing when I talk to other conservative grassroots around the country that the same thing is happening in their states. So to me, it's a really simple answer, and it came straight from the founders. Go vote. Vote right away. If voting opened in your state, go vote today.
[00:26:28] Well, as President Reagan was pushed in that interview many years ago that, oh, it's coy to say you're a libertarian. That's the new conservative. And he pushed back and said it always has been. It's those libertarian roots that are really the foundation of this constitutional republic. So, Marissa, I love my fellow libertarians as well and grateful to team up with you in so many different ways. Now, you're talking about the advocacy. You're talking about, yes, early vote if at all possible.
[00:26:57] Make that plan to vote. Ask your friends how they plan to vote because that sphere of influence, everyone has it, even outside of the Tea Party Patriots action. Easy AZ as well. Everyone has friends at church and what they're involved with, whether it be Rotary or Kiwanis, Lions Club, the countless different schools your kids are going to, you have that sphere of influence.
[00:27:20] So, run us through Easy AZ and tell us what your organization is all about in the great state 48. Yeah, absolutely. Thank you so much for that. So, first of all, we've created a new website called azvote.org. It's linked on to the top of our website under tools. You just click that little ballot box. This will actually help you make a plan to vote.
[00:27:44] You can literally go find your voting location and then send it to your phone, send it to your calendar app on your phone so it will alert you. And I did that. I tested it out. And I did that and sent a calendar notice to me yesterday. And so, sure enough, as soon as polls opened yesterday, I got an alert on my phone, go vote. And I had put in there exactly where I wanted to vote, when I wanted to vote, and how I wanted to vote on the propositions.
[00:28:12] And so, I had it all right in my fingertips, in my hand, in my calendar, and cast my vote yesterday afternoon. And so, it's super easy. If you don't know what's on your ballot, it will tell you what's on your ballot. It doesn't tell you how to vote, but it tells you what's on your ballot. And it helps make it easy, easy as pie for you to be able to vote. Then at ezaz.org, what we have on there is we have a number of activities that you can participate in to help us to be able to reach more voters.
[00:28:39] And so, on every Tuesday night, we have what we call our boss your government call. What most people don't know is people get very frustrated with their elected officials. But what they don't know is that most of government is run from funding that comes from marble cake government. That's going to be the associations. That's going to be like the governor's association and the national association for counties, the national association of cities.
[00:29:06] And those entities are the ones that are pulling the strings with the bureaucrats to override the will of the voters. And so, not only do we make sure that we vote to get in principled elected officials, but then we make sure that we hold the bureaucracy accountable after the election is over. And we do that every Tuesday night on an online call. It's free to join, and it's called Boss Your Government. Because that is what the founders intended.
[00:29:33] When you look at the Constitution, it says in big, huge letters, we the people. That's the boss of the government. It is not the associations. It's not the lobbyists. It is the people. And so, that is our main mission, is we want to make sure that the citizens are the chief stakeholder of their government. Also, every single month on the fourth Thursday of the month, we have a pie club event. And that is where we come to our grassroots center, where I'm in right now.
[00:29:59] And you get to see this beautiful black backdrop of driving the golden age of Arizona. And we have pie and ice cream. We bring in elected officials. We bring in candidates. We ask them the tough questions. And we hold our government accountable. And we just have enjoy time together. And then, also, we have a number of super chases that we've partnered with Turning Point Action on, so that you can get out and go and talk to neighbors.
[00:30:22] And especially in those critical districts that matter so much, if you want our legislature to continue fighting high costs, then we need to make sure that, especially in those swing districts, conservatives and conservative independents are voting in those elections. Because it's going to be very close, and we could lose our legislature very easily. And then the other thing that we do is if you go a little farther down on your website, we keep track of the government meetings that are going on.
[00:30:50] One of our top agendas right now is stopping flock or automated license plate readers, mass surveillance. And so we are tracking every single municipality, every county in Arizona, and putting out calls to action every single time these items come up on the agenda. We're also tracking election integrity. And so anytime that there's an opportunity for you to go and do public comment, you should go do it, because that is how you boss your government. And in a number of places, we have defeated mass surveillance.
[00:31:19] And in Tempe, the flock cameras are coming down. In Flagstaff, the flock cameras are coming down. In Scottsdale, they had such an uproar from the public that they delayed the meeting. And the only one that we really lost on is Apache Junction, and that's because that is the police department that really went full bore with flock.
[00:31:41] And unfortunately, they did not listen to the people, and they have decided to expand mass surveillance with less accountability and transparency. But Pinal County has gotten rid of flock cameras. Surprise has gotten rid of flock cameras. So we're proving every single day that citizens just need to do a little bit. If you can even just give 15 minutes a week, although right now I would advocate for you to give as much time as possible to save our state and save our country, but even just 15 minutes a week, you can make a difference and you can save our country.
[00:32:11] We do not have to be – we don't have to fall. We can keep the MAGA movement going. We can keep the America First movement going. We can keep freedom going. And one of the best examples I love to see is Ron DeSantis. He told the associations to take a hike. He said Marble Cake government doesn't live here. The people are going to rule our state of Florida, and you can see the amazing things that they've done there.
[00:32:37] What I want to see come November 4th is that Arizona is in a full-on competition with Florida, and that we have Governor Andy Biggs in a full freedom competition with Florida to decide who is going to be the most freedom state in the nation. And I think with our grassroots here, we can make it happen. Poll watchers and poll workers ensure the integrity of the election.
[00:33:01] To your point, Marissa, our organization wants participants in both parties present and serving in order to fulfill this solemn obligation to our constitutional republic. How does EZ AZ work to fulfill these roles, and are you actively recruiting that for Arizona right now? I'm so excited that you asked this question because the communist media has gone berserk here in Arizona,
[00:33:29] and they have been sending me email after email saying that they want to know about what we're doing with election workers and poll watchers and everything else. And they're so upset that we recruit conservative poll workers and observers to participate. You can go to EZAZ.org slash volunteer. And we've already gone past the observer deadline, although there are still some additional opportunities that are available.
[00:33:56] But we can get you plugged in through your party to be able to be an observer. And also, if you want to be an election worker, you can either go to your county recorder website and look for the job opportunities that they have, or just leave a note in that volunteer form, and we'll get you connected. It is so important that if we want accurate and fair and honest elections, that we step up and work the elections ourselves. And so I'm so excited because every single year, you know, we work very hard.
[00:34:26] You guys work very hard. We have a lot of organizations that are working really hard to make sure that you can do something about it and can step up and either be an election worker or be a poll observer and make a huge difference. And so that's what we're seeing. We see a groundswell of volunteers here in Arizona that are stepping up to get involved, to go door knocking, to use Numenar and contact their friends and family, to help with text messaging voters, to help send out handwritten postcards.
[00:34:55] We sent out over 25,000 handwritten postcards over the course of the last year with our volunteers every week, diligently handwriting them. And we registered as of last quarter over 10,000 voters. It is amazing the work that you can do if you just do a little bit at a time every single day. So what I've encouraged people to do, and do this in your own states, before you go to bed, write down, what are the things I can do tomorrow to save my state?
[00:35:22] And then in the morning, first thing in the morning, go back to look at that checklist and start immediately prioritizing and hit every one of those items on those checklists. And if you need help in Arizona, get in touch with me, action at easyaz.org. Or you can go and hit our volunteer form at easyaz.org slash volunteer. You can join our Tuesday night calls. You can join our pie club meetings. But everyone has a cell phone.
[00:35:48] And so you can get on Numenar, and it will connect the contacts that are in your phone with the voter rolls. And you can identify the people that are like-minded. And when they vote, they get removed off your phone list or your phone contact list. I mean, they stay in your phone, but they get removed off your list of who to contact for voting. And so that's something super easy to do. Numenar has a study that shows that that increases voter participation by 7%.
[00:36:17] So all these different ways. Essentially, letting your state fall to communism is a choice. You, the voter, you, the grassroots, can not only secure your ballot, but you can encourage your friends and family to vote. You can make sure the people that you know are voting. You can participate in the elections. And you can save your state and our country. We'll take a quick break. Marissa, stay with us from EZAZ. It's Marissa Caldwell.
[00:36:46] You're watching The Jenny Beth Show. Stick with us. We'll be right back in a moment. You already know the people who are going to decide this election. Their phone numbers are in your phone right now. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3rd. And big government socialism is on the ballot. So download our app. It shows you who still needs to vote. 10 minutes a week. FriendsHelpFriendsVote.com. That's FriendsHelpFriendsVote.com. Do it tonight.
[00:37:14] Paid for by Tea Pretty Patriot Citizens Fund. Welcome back to The Jenny Beth Show. I'm Robert McNeely in for Jenny Beth Martin. Marissa Caldwell from EZ-AZ is dissecting the importance of the grassroots efforts, election integrity, and the future of State 48. Yes, Arizona way out west and the United States of America.
[00:37:40] Marissa, what are the top three issues you hear about most often when talking directly with the residents? And for those just joining, you're talking to Republicans and Democrats alike. Yeah, I'm talking. I talk to voters of all different demographics, ideologies, and parties. And the reason for that is you can also go to our website, MatchYourValues.com.
[00:38:03] What a lot of voters don't know is that they just listen to the mainstream media or they have preconceived notions about the parties that are decades old. But we wanted voters to be able to see where their values really truly align today. Most voters, they don't want boys to be in girls' sports, as an example. But that's something that the left is promoting. Not only promoting, but Governor Katie Hobbs, her husband, helps to transition children to be a different gender.
[00:38:31] And so it's really gross what's coming from the left. And so you can take the political quiz at MatchYourValues.com and find out which parties do you really align with. And you might be surprised as to where you align your values versus what the values are of the different parties. And every single question on there is scored. You have to answer six or seven questions, and then it will give you a result. But I recommend taking all 19 questions. It doesn't take that long.
[00:38:59] It only takes a couple of minutes, and you can get a full rounded view of where you're at versus where the political parties are at. And then with that said, here is the interesting thing. When we went door knocking, we went door knocking to independents and to Democrats and to Republicans, like you said. The top issue of everyone across all parties is high costs. That was the number one issue that everyone had. For conservatives, the top issue is honest elections. And then another issue that's peaking up is water.
[00:39:29] Because Arizona, we're part of the Colorado River Compact. And our governor did a terrible job in negotiating that compact. And we're going to have the biggest hits, even though we are the most responsible with the voter, with the water out of everyone. And so we're going to lose 20 percent of our water. It's absolutely just insane, asinine as to what we're seeing, what's happening right now with water, with the negotiations.
[00:39:56] But when you have someone that's not qualified to be in that seat of governor, those are the types of things that happen. You just go into complete chaos. And so those are some of the messages that we're talking about to voters. And that's why that azwalletwatch.com is so important, because voters can see right then and there on their top issue who voted to stop high costs, to cut costs, and who voted to enable high costs. It's super simple. You just put in your address. It pops everything up for you.
[00:40:25] I'm sure the viewers are noticing, but you make this a lot of fun as well with the great colors and making sure that people know that it's not a dating profile. That's important to know, because it might be confusing for those out there, although hopefully they're equally yoked as they get to know one another in this process. But Marissa, which concerns do you think are being overlooked by other political organizations or even elected officials in Arizona?
[00:40:51] I think the number one thing that's being overlooked right now in Arizona is our hardcore conservatives, whether they're Republicans or independent. I think that our three fours and four fours voters, what that means is voters that vote in every election. I think those voters are being overlooked. And there's a number of voters that we have that are voters that are consistent, loyal voters. They always vote. But we saw that they didn't vote in the primary.
[00:41:19] And I don't think that enough, I don't think that there's enough organizations that are focusing on that. I think that that's being taken for granted right now. And that's why, you know, what the political class says and and really it's the political consultants. The consultants all say, oh, no, just just focus on independent swing voters, weak Democrats and low propensity voters in the general. And they completely take for granted the base.
[00:41:47] The base is who determines who wins your election. And it costs a lot less money to be able to communicate to the base than it does to a to an independent or weak Democrat voter. And so if you're an entity that is low on budget and doesn't have a lot of money, then give the base some love. Give them some encouragement. Help them understand why they should go vote.
[00:42:14] Because I got to tell you, a lot of our voters, I affectionately call them Netflix voters because they have shut off the TV. They have shut off advertising. The only type of voter contact they might get is either text messaging or mailers. And they throw mailers in the trash and they try to put, you know, no one likes really getting spam messages. So two things. I would say, one, make your messaging fun. Make it fun to look at. Make it fun to read.
[00:42:43] We do not have to be boring political people. And that's one of the things that we pride ourselves on here at EZAZ is we make very strategic, crafty messaging that is fun and hilarious. Because if someone, if you're going to take 10 seconds of someone's time or 30 seconds of someone's time or hopefully two minutes of their time, then you need to make it worth it. And so at least give them something entertaining. I think voters are also really overall the fear, shock and awe messaging.
[00:43:12] I don't think that they receive that as well. And so and you don't need to do that, in my opinion. In my strong opinion, you just need to educate the voters with how people voted. I can give you an example from the PAC side of what we did in the primary. We did we did a lot of PAC work in the primary this year. And there was one district that in LD3, hard red district. It's one of the reddest districts in the state.
[00:43:40] But they had we had a fantastic legislator that had been appointed by the by their PCs to step in and fill in the gap. A legislator had stepped down. So he filled in the gap. His name representative Cody Rime. And the swamp had had packed in that race with a lot of money with an opponent against him. Cody is one of the best legislators that we have now in the state. He's part of the Freedom Caucus. He became a member of the Freedom Caucus immediately.
[00:44:09] So everyone was putting out all these fear mongering messages into that district. And I said, no, what we're going to do is we're going to take Cody's scorecard. And all I did was I took a picture of him and and his seatmate, Rep. Alex Calden, who's running for secretary of state. There was a picture that got posted on the on X with the two of them standing together. And I just posted their Republican Liberty Caucus scorecards, which was 100 percent and 98 percent.
[00:44:37] Cody was the highest scoring Republican in the entire House this year. And so and I just texted that out to the voters and that made all the difference. And he won his election. And so my encouragement is have have your messaging be fun, humorous and factual. Voters want to be respected, especially the base. How do you recruit and retain those volunteers beyond election season? That's where we have our boss your government program.
[00:45:07] And so we encourage people. And so that's where we encourage people that, look, it is you're never going to save the country if you only show up to vote and then you go back to your business and don't worry about the state of the country. And that is because of marble cake government. And I know this is a term that probably a lot of people don't know. We'll be releasing more information about this next year. But marble cake government is all of these associations that no one ever really hears about.
[00:45:35] And they are the ones that are pulling the strings in most of our counties and cities and even a lot of times at our legislature. And so the only way that we are able to get a golden age of America or a golden age of Arizona is it's not just about electing the right people, but it is then building relationships with them ongoing and being the grassroots backup for them so that when the swamp comes after them,
[00:45:59] which is this marble cake government I'm talking about, these unelected bureaucrats that dictate to to all of our local governments, how they can spend their money, how they not their money, our money, our tax dollars. We need grassroots to back up and show up and do public comment. We need them to send emails. We need to let them know that if they do the right thing, we will work as hard as it takes to make sure that they stay in office and that they can keep serving the people
[00:46:28] because they're following and protecting the Constitution and keeping their oath. But if people lie to us and they go into office and they start doing the bidding of these bureaucrats and marble cake government and the associations, then we need to make it super clear that we, the grassroots, will also rise up against you. We will tell the voters what you did and you will be fired. And so that's the methodology is that we educate the voters, we boss our government, and then we fire tyrants.
[00:46:56] Sometimes they forget that they work for us, we the people. But President Ronald Reagan, really a grassroots person in his own right, reminds us of the 11th commandment as he coined, thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican. So how important is it to remain united with only 26 days left before the 2026 election? What I teach our grassroots here locally is the primary is for firing the rhinos,
[00:47:26] for lack of a better term. The primary is for where when Republicans didn't keep their promises and they didn't vote the right way, you fire them in the primary. But in the general, that is where you vote for everyone that's not a communist. And there's only one party right now that is not a communist. That is the Republican Party. And so in the general, like there are people on the ballot right now that I don't particularly personally like.
[00:47:56] And that's okay. I voted for them anyway when I cast my ballot yesterday. And so and that's what you do. And then when after the election is over and you win, then you can go back to bossing your government and holding them accountable. And I got to tell you, it's a lot of fun to boss your government, especially now with AI and being able to make funny memes and all the things that you can, the funny videos that you can make of them. Like Maricopa County, the border supervisors, they voted a couple of weeks ago.
[00:48:26] It's four Republicans with one Democrat on that board. And they voted to give non-citizens $35,000 to be able to get new mortgages, legal non-citizens. But when you dug into it, the form that the people were filling out says that we don't discriminate against citizenship. And it doesn't require any proof of citizenship. So they could very well be giving that $35,000 to non-citizens. That is the type of stuff that boils my blood.
[00:48:55] That just burns me. But you know what? Instead, they're not for the ballot this year. So what I did is I made a meme of them dressed as Chinese, like China communists, China style communists. And then I put the meme out there. And I said, you guys voted the wrong way. You voted for communism. We're bossing our government. But you know what I didn't do? When there was things that some of the rhinos did that are going to be on the ballot right now,
[00:49:23] I didn't go after them in these 26 days. They get a 26 days of like a grace period from me. Benevolent grace period. I'm not evil. I'll give them 20, 27. We have 27 days of voting. I'm giving them a grace period. Because at the end of the day, there is absolutely no Democrat that's on the ballot that is going to be better than any Republican that's on the ballot. And when you dig into the voting records, like you can even look at Amish Shah, who's running in CD1 for Congress.
[00:49:53] Jay Feeley is not who I voted for in the primary. I voted for my friend Joseph Chaplik. But Jay Feeley, when you dig into his record and you dig into Amish Shah's record, Jay Feeley is fantastic. And so not only did I vote for him, but I have been going to events and I have been promoting people. And when you go to our AZ Wallet Watch scorecard, it shows that Amish Shah voted to keep costs high.
[00:50:19] So why should the people of CD1 vote for the guy that's going to make everything expensive? That doesn't make any sense. And so, yes, Republicans aren't perfect, but they're a heck of a lot better than communists, I can tell you that much. And I have one thing to disagree with, Marissa. You are quite good. I don't sense any evil after spending time with you in Arizona and that wonderful office of yours.
[00:50:45] It's so welcoming to everyone to get involved in this amazing process. What do you think keeps people, though, from doing that in your community, from really participating in local politics? I think that a lot of people are demoralized and depressed. You know, they and I think a lot of it comes from the federal government. But I think it's a misunderstanding of what President Trump is doing for us right now. President Trump has gone to great lengths to cut costs.
[00:51:15] And when you look at the grocery bill, a lot of items are actually less expensive than when he took office. A lot of prices have gone back to 2022 levels. So, yes, we aren't back to 2019 levels. But what a tremendous difference to make in less than two years. That's huge. People I know a lot of people are upset about the Iran war. I personally am someone that that I don't support war.
[00:51:39] But at the end of the day, do I want Iranians to be able to control like the entire world supply of oil? Do I want the Iranians to be able to get a nuclear weapon? Do I want the Iranians to be able to keep torturing their own citizens? No, I don't want it. I don't want any of those things to happen. So what I have decided to do instead is, yes, I'm disappointed that we've had to get to that. But what the Iranians didn't have to create more war like it's really on them.
[00:52:08] And so I'm thankful that President Trump makes those tough calls and is able to be the beacon of light to be able to keep freedom on the table for the United States and protect us from terrorism. I mean, when we look at the border and what's happening at the border right now here in Arizona, Katie Hobbs under Biden had an entire travel agency for the drug cartels. She had a travel agency set up to traffic children.
[00:52:37] Like it was awful what was happening. None of that is happening now. We now have people, non-citizen illegals, dangerous illegals, drug cartel members, terrorists being caught and deported, being tried for the crimes that they've done to us. And so, you know, the mainstream media isn't reporting on these things because they don't want people to know the truth. And so that's why it's our job as the grassroots to talk about the good things that are happening.
[00:53:06] It is incredible what President Trump has been able to accomplish in two years. And so and the only way that we're going to be able to keep influencing the administration to make sure that we can keep freedom and keep that golden age agenda moving forward is if we give him a Congress and a Senate that will drive that forward. You know, I've been very frustrated with the Senate, especially. But at the end of the day, do you think Democrats are going to deliver a golden age agenda?
[00:53:36] Absolutely not. And so if we don't want and if we give the Democrats a third chance to be able to destroy our country, they will go full fledged beyond what any of us thought their limits were. Every single time they get power, they take what we thought their limits were and they make it just so much worse. You know, my husband and I in 2020, when the lockdowns were happening, we had just started dating. We were not married then.
[00:54:04] And one of the things that was that was concerning when we when the lockdowns happened is we both looked at each other and we said, this is not over a medical issue. This is a different agenda. And what we've seen now is that was true. That was completely a political agenda. It was not a medical agenda at all. In fact, they did everything they could to stop us from getting what we needed to be able to protect the community. And they did the opposite of what supply chain standards were back then.
[00:54:32] And my husband and I said, you know what? We're going to go all in on saving our state and saving the country, because if we let us fall, then they're going to do to us what's happening in the UK, what's happening in China, what's happening in Australia. And so the only way we keep our Constitution in America is if we go vote. And so that is my strongest recommendation. Don't vote for the don't vote for the people that just made that created all the problems that we have today.
[00:55:01] Vote for the people that have been fighting high costs. Vote for the people that while they're not perfect, they have gone a long way in making sure that we are on track for a golden age of America agenda. And still back President Trump, because even if there's some things here and there that you disagree with, overwhelmingly, that man has has sacrificed so much for us. He has literally put his own life on the line for us. And every single day he is making the best decisions as with the information that he has available to him.
[00:55:32] And there might be some things that are going on that we don't really know the full information. And that's why he's making those decisions. So I'd go back to your Reagan's 11th commandment. And the best way for you to be able to boss your government is get the people in office who will be bossed. And those are the Republicans. The only chance that you have at your elected officials listening to the people is if you elect Republicans. We've seen it in Arizona. We prove it every single day. We really do.
[00:56:01] We really do. And I hearken to those very correct words, Marissa, that this president and his family really putting their lives and their sacred honor, their fortunes on the line, just as our founders did. What are you doing to increase really engagement amongst all of us? What can we do in these local elections as we close out these 26 days?
[00:56:25] So while we were on the break, you saw you saw a message from Jenny Beth about contacting your friends and family. Sign up for that. Use that app. That is one of the best apps that you can use. And you can do it from your couch. Get involved in local groups that are making a difference. You know, here in Arizona, we have a Liberty Alliance. And so you every Friday, we have a happy hour here at our easy easy office, and we're helping to put together little baggies for our door knockers to go out and leave on the doors.
[00:56:55] You can show up to the ballot chase events. There's so many different ways that you can get involved, especially in Arizona. There is no reason for you to not make a difference. I'm having people from across the country call me people that are in Virginia, people that are in Wisconsin. And they're like, how can we help? And then the final ways of what you can do is chip in. You know, I'm sure that Tea Party Patriots could use some more donations to be able to contact voters. We certainly can use some more donations here in Arizona to contact voters.
[00:57:24] We are up against, you know, a massive amount of multimillion-dollar spending. But when you're spending with the grassroots, your dollar goes 10 times more than what the radical left dollars go. And so because we use it more strategically and we aren't just like we're not – I want to say this the right way. We're not doing the waste, fraud, and abuse. And so what I would say – sorry about that. So what I would say is that just do something every day. You can make a difference.
[00:57:54] And Arizona is also the home state to, you know, to Charlie. And so we want to make sure that, you know, Charlie put his life on the line and he was martyred. And what was the number one thing that he wanted to see? He wanted to see Andy Biggs get elected. He wanted his – he wanted to be able to empower the grassroots through Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action and through their PAC.
[00:58:21] And so show up that you can download – there's a number of different apps you can download. You can download the Turning Point app and reach out to voters that are in your area. You know, Tea Party Patriots, do the Friends and Family app because on there I think you can also contact people that are in your neighborhood. And if you have any questions on what to do, just reach out to us here at action at ezaz.org and we'll get you plugged in. But just do something.
[00:58:48] Don't – and my full belief is that God looks at us and says, you know what? If you're doing everything you possibly can, I will fill in the gap as the Almighty. And so that's what – that's our policy here at ezaz.org. We do everything we possibly can. We work to the max and then a little bit more. And then – and as long as we know that we left everything on the field, then we have full faith that God will fill in the gap for us and he will save our country.
[00:59:16] And we continue that work today.
[00:59:40] Marissa Caldwell, the chairwoman, president and CEO of EZAZ out there in the great state of Arizona, State 48. God bless you. God bless Arizona. And we'll talk to you very soon. Thank you so much. Save America. Yes, save America as Marissa so eloquently put. Let's go through our call to action one more time to do just that. I will save America.com. Register those voters.
[01:00:10] Send postcards. Make phone calls. Text friends and family. Go door to door. Become a poll worker. Become a poll watcher. And volunteer for a local campaign or two. Donate to campaigns or to the nonprofits as Marissa laid out there. Recruit just five friends in 2026. I will save America.com. They're showcasing 10 ways to save America. Pick a role or two. Pick all 10. Let's get this done.
[01:00:40] Just 26 days away. I'd like to close by showcasing two sides of a Trump rally that you, the viewer, might not see unless you actually have attended. And at least one dozen paid protesters attempted to violently disrupt the campaign rally just yesterday. I've never seen this many over my career covering President Trump, but this footage is courtesy of a dear friend of mine, my college roommate.
[01:01:07] In fact, Richard Chalke, who was working on the presidential advance team yesterday in San Antonio, Texas. Please pardon some of the language that might be audible as we roll the clip.
[01:01:21] We are so grateful to our men and women in blue so that we can peacefully assemble and gather and celebrate our first amendment.
[01:02:24] And those in office whom we agree with or disagree with, although some want to hurt this process, these gatherings are filled with peaceful and patriotic, wonderful people. In fact, the best people in America and everything they have to offer. It was a contagious and joyous celebration being spread throughout the Freeman Coliseum when President Trump entered as media colleagues shared this footage with me from yesterday as well.
[01:02:53] Began the show with the keynote address from Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick last night in San Antonio at that Trump rally.
[01:04:29] But I want to leave you with a poem by Marvin Tyson aptly titled For Texas for Texas. When I walk where Crockett walked or Bowie breathed his last, where they stayed and stood as they could see the reaper riding fast, that hallowed ground where Esperanza and young Espelier died, that self-same soil where families knelt and new-made widows cried, this place where heroes' bodies are burned and angels softly wept,
[01:04:59] where dear, broad days meant Texas lived while Santa Ana slept. My eyes fill with tears of pride. My heart within me burns. My thoughts, my dreams, and all I am ever homeward turns to Texas, to Texas. Those patriots of Alamo were Texas Spartan band. They gave their all so we could live and love in freedom's land and those sacred walls.
[01:05:24] Those cobblestones in every open space served to mark where they last stood and fell in God's good grace. We owe these men to serve as well to stand and never quake, to give all our for freedom. And if all is what it takes to Travis McCoy, Dickinson, to Lasoya, and all the rest, we must pledge our Texan hearts and lives and all that we love best for Texas.
[01:05:49] For Texas to gaze across the Trinity from the Anaheim on the Bay where the first man died for Texas, but freedom won the day. Patrick Jack and Travis, helpless both inbound muskets aimed at each man's heart, staked out the ground. They called for Johnson to attack even if they fell, to call the tyrants bluff and to send Bradburn straight to hell.
[01:06:16] For Texas, for Texas, and the time may come again and soon to hear the bugle call. Remember then those bodies burned outside those hallowed walls of the Alamo, the Goliad, Calito Creek. Let their memory never fade. Yes, remember every Texan and the sacrifice they made for Texas. For Texas, because those souls who rest in God's strong arms look down at us today.
[01:06:44] Dare we say I'm Texan if we give it all away. The freedom bought with Texan blood on the fields of Texas then should be as dear to us today as it was to these brave men. The liberty so dearly bought should be of no less worth than its value was when there's life. Blood watered the Texas earth. So steal your hearts, hone your blade, and keep your powder dry.
[01:07:11] Those who walk this hallowed ground will once more hear the cry. For Texas, for Texas as the rocket. Roger Clemens of Houston Atro's fame receiving the Medal of Freedom last night from President Donald J. Trump. As we remember those patriots from the Alamo, those Americans as well as Texans, and how their sacrifice inspires us today. We also never forget what occurred three years ago yesterday
[01:07:40] when innocent people were attacked during the Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah with a barrage of nearly 4,300 rockets fired into Israel on October 7th of 2023. At least 1,195 people were killed by evil lunatics and at least 828 civilians,
[01:08:01] including 36 children and 71 foreign nationals of at least 367 members of the Israeli security forces, all murdered. 600, 300, 600, 364 civilians were killed while they were just attending the Nova Music Festival
[01:08:22] and many more wounded Israeli and non-Israeli civilians and soldiers taken as hostages to the Gaza Strip. Many were tortured by the Hamas-Nikbu forces by rape, sexual assault, and unjust imprisonment. Remember, the Trump administration returned the hostages to their family members, both living and dead, especially American citizens right here at home.
[01:08:50] Remember them as you participate in the midterm elections, knowing that policy shapes world events and public safety here at home and abroad. May God continue to console those mourning the terrible events of three years ago on October 7th. Whether it's 1836 and the Alamo or right here in your neck of the woods in 2026, now 250 years young, that is what the American vision is.
[01:09:19] And it's about as American as it can get at each one of these campaign events to re-elect a Republican Congress and Republicans up and down the ballot. President Trump committed to it. Are you committed to it? I hope it inspires you as you make your plan to vote early in person or on Election Day itself. Another reminder that once again, we are only 26 days away. So here's that call to action just once more.
