The public is not giving up. A McLaughlin and Associates poll commissioned by Tea Party Patriots Action found:
• 56% say the Senate should keep working to pass the SAVE America Act vs. 30% who say give up
• 64% of Americans (Republican, Democrat, and independent) say the Senate should pass it
• 77.1% support requiring proof of citizenship just to register to vote
• 95.2% of voters already have a valid photo ID — including 92% of Black voters and 90% of Hispanic voters
