It is a professional job board for people who are not legally allowed to work in this country, built around contract work that takes a tax identification number instead of a Social Security number. One listing on it recruits campaign door knockers to get out the vote for Democrats in seven states. Federal law, 8 U.S.C. 1324a, makes it unlawful to knowingly hire, recruit, or refer for a fee an unauthorized alien, and it carries prison time. Days after her story published, much of the site had been scrubbed. She kept the screenshots.
Jenny Beth Martin also walks through the database Manning's team spent a year building, IllegalAlienCrimes.com, which documents 51,942 crimes committed by illegal aliens state by state and county by county, compiled from public records requests, immigration enforcement records, and news reports. That number is Restoration News's own documented count, not a government statistic.
