Virginia Just Handed Democrats a 10-to-1 House Advantage | John McLaughlin

Virginia just voted to gerrymander its own state. Democrats will now have 10 seats to Republicans' 1 — and the ballot called it "Restore Fairness."

Virginians went to the polls and voted to hand Democrats a 10-to-1 advantage in the U.S. House. The ballot measure — titled "Restore Fairness" — eliminated the bipartisan redistricting commission Virginia voters had approved by constitutional amendment just six years ago.

John McLaughlin, CEO of McLaughlin & Associates and President Trump's pollster since 2011, walks through exactly how Democrats pulled this off, why Trump voters weren't at the polls, and why this outcome makes the SAVE America Act more urgent than ever: 84% of voters support proof of citizenship to vote and 77% support voter ID across the board.

Fox News contributor Kira Davis joins from California with a field lesson Republicans cannot ignore. California's Prop 50 fight is over. Prop 36 — the "Safe Schools and Neighborhoods Act" — gutted criminal penalties under a name that didn't include either word. The attorney general writes the ballot language. If you don't have a conservative in that office, you will keep losing the framing battle.
