David Bossie is president of Citizens United and Citizens United Foundation, the Republican National Committeeman for Maryland, and was deputy campaign manager for Donald Trump's 2016 campaign. He was chief investigator for the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight during the Clinton investigations, and he carried Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission to the Supreme Court and won.
