Start with the strategy, because Ashley Hayek does. There was an article earlier this year arguing that the left is losing and that one way back is to make artificial intelligence and data centers its issue. That is what is happening. It is a wedge, chosen deliberately, meant to split the right.
Then the substance. The loudest argument against data centers is water, and America First Policy Institute research found that claim to be false. Her position is not that concerns do not count. It is that the facts have to be on the table before anybody decides.
Jenny Beth Martin takes the other side of it seriously, which is what makes this clip work. People are frightened of artificial intelligence because they do not understand it and think their job is going away. Others simply do not want an industrial facility in their community, and some of that fear runs on myths. She can put herself in the shoes of a family in a rural county. Her answer is that local and state governments have to balance the expansion against the community's interest, because if they do not, they get voted out, and that nobody was ready for this backlash.
Ashley Hayek's closing argument is the one that will travel. The left took farmland from people and put wind and solar farms on it. It does not get to lecture anyone about property rights in rural America now.
